The friendlyness. The landlady even came out to the the taxi when we arrived and took our casess into the hoteland up to the room. The room was a bit small but for us it was ok as we where only there for one night,I supose if we where there loinger we would have had a bigger room. There was a problem with toilet flush we kept having to fill it up in order for the flush to work. I would still reccomend the hotel. |

It was not on the front and it was quiet Cooked breakfast, you were not asked what you would like you were just given it on the plate, ie me and my partner do not like tinned tomatoes which were automatically put on the plate. |

It was very close to winter gardens in blackpool which we wanted and it had a small carpark for two which we had to have. There was no body at the hotel when we arrived at 5pm after booking.com said we could check in from 2pm, so we had to wait in the car, they arrived at 5.25 and let us in, however because there had been nobody at the hotel there was no heating or hot water so it was very cold. The shower was broken, the toilet didn't flush and the bathroom smelt of sewerage. |

Friendly staff, convenient location, nice breakfast (though instant coffee!). We stayed in a very, very cramped family room which really should have been a single or (at best) double. The en suite was so tiny the basin was in the room itself. The shower was barely a trickle and the shower cubicle covered in black mould. Such limited parking we had to use a car park across the road at an extra £8 per night. Worth about half the £90 night I paid. |

The rooms were ideal for a family, the suite had 3 seperate rooms which was great as the kids could ahve their own rooms as well as mum&dad. The decor was somewhat shabby in the rooms and the toilets/shower rooms however there was 2 of each which was good. |

Easy of arrival - just arrived and was given keys etc - really quick and easy The beds claimed to be a double bed but was actually a single and a half! Room was also very small but that was not a problem with us as we only slept there and spent the rest of the time in Blackpool. Also shower was a joke. |

The hotel is in walking distance to the town, but far enough away to avoid the noise at night time. |
