The staff were very curtious, helpful and flexible eg late for breakfast and there was no problem for cooked meal. The location just out of Ringwood was ideal for us (two people) and convienent for the New Forest. The room was very clean and modern. I mightn't have read the details properly, but I was under the impression that the lodge had a spa, sauna etc but this was the facitlity next and cost extra. |

The Hotel was well placed and very comfotable roomwith all amenaties, we were not asked if our room was suitable, it was but it would be nice to have been asked However, the heating was not turned on and we felt cold during the night and at breakfast the dining room room was very cold our breakfast and coffee went cold very quickly. Please remind owners of this for the future. |

Room was very comfortable and a good size. Full English Breakfast recommended. good selection of pubs and restaurants nearby. god location for New forest, Bournemouth and Poole. Kingston Lacy strongly recommended Directions on google Map are entirely wrong and direct you to a different address about 8 miles away. |

I found Joy and John very helpful especially with a map of local places where to eat and how far it was to get there. This saved us a lot of time and we enjoyed some lovely meals. I thought this was a very good idea. |

The room was very comfortable with the little touches catered for, such as coffee/tea facilities and the bathroom excessories. The breakfast was well cooked. |

Firstly, Joy and John - very welcoming - also very discreeet - not in your face - helpful when you wanted help. Our room was beautifully furnished and very clean. John cooks a lovely veggie breakfast too.....We have no complaints. The location of the Lodge is perfect for the little town and the Forest too. Only that parking may be a little tight if the hotel was full, but saying that we never had a problem of no parking space. We thought there would be noise from the road, but it was never a problem even with the windows open. |

Room was great and extremely clean, breakfast was superb. The owner was very friendly and recommended some local restaurants for my wife and I to eat. Not much to do in Ringwood itself although its a great base for you to explore the New Forest. |

Very welcoming - very clean - excellent breakfast - room well appointed though on the small side - quality decor. Moortown Lodge is described as an Hotel - but is very much a b&b - I.E. no evening meals - unlicensed - only a very small area in the dining room to sit comfortably during the day/evening. |

It was a nicely appointed and well run B&B with a great breakfast to start the day. The only slight downside would be that shame it wasn't a kingsize bed. |

The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and it was in a good central location to explore the area. It is not a hotel. It is a very good bed and breakfast. When fully booked, there is not enough parking for all of the guests. |
