Very friendly staff who made us very welcome. Clean and comfortable room and bed in particular. Plenty of good food. We only stayed for a short visit but would go here again.
Access to the car park was a very narrow passage between buildings. Wide vehicles would have a problem. We had a Skoda Octavia and just managed ok.
bed very comfortable, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast
The very pleasant and dedicated owners.no request was to much trouble during our stay.
Off road parking was not suitable for our car but the parking pass solved the problem
Very nice welcome comfortable room good hearty breakfast and best location from train station & to town & beach good value & bonus excellent karaoke bar just round the corner!
only gripe water could have been hotter for a decent shave but considering good points will definately be returning.
The beds were very comfortable and clean and the owners were very welcoming
It wasn't a dislike but the vegetarian breakfast was a little unusual but nice all the same.
Excellent hoteliers. Room very clean, hosts very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Lots of food, well cooked and served. Nice quiete location, but very central. You can visit other local places via bus station just around the corner. Would recommend and intend to use again. Relaxing with plenty to do.
The only thing was the cool breeze when we were walking, but having said that lovely walk.
Good location for beach and shops . bus station at end of street, the showers are very easy to use . Good breakfast.
Terry and family are excellent hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you.
Nothing. I could have done with a bigger bath towel but I'm sure if I'd asked for it I would have got it.
we had a lovely stay made us very welcome with a nice cup of tea on arrival great beds and the breakfast was fantastic will be staying again thanks
The friendliness of the owners Bridlington however was scruffy and smelt of dog excrement everywhere
Lovely bedroom Friendly staff Good value enjoyable evening meal Tasty breakfast
Tight driveway to access parking
Very clean & comfy , great breakfast with good hosts
The service,and breakfast
was at top too many stairs
We stayed at Morayland last weekend, July 27-28 and despite the fact that it was one of their busiest weekends yet, we were well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better BnB experience. At £64 a night, it’s a great value, especially considering the nice view, cosy room, TV and delicious breakfast. Plus, it’s only ten minutes away from most of Bridlington’s attractions, including great restaurants, pubs and the promenade. The proprietors are extremely helpful and very charming, the place is nicely decorated and overall I got the best night’s sleep at any hotel/BnB I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!
the stay was very good, everything first class
hot water ,not very plentifull every one bathed or showered at same time
Very nice if a little out of his depth owner. New to the business and finding his feet
We thought it was very basic for the cost. The parking is horrendous and you risk damage to your car if you try to park in the parking space provided by the hotel, I drive a small car and only had 2in either side to make it between 2 properties, this did impact on mine and other peoples stay at the hotel as everyone worried about how they were going to get back out again. For the cost of the en-suite room I would have expected the minimum of basic toiletries there was only a small shampoo, no soap, only one bath towel, the room was very snug, and I had to tuck the bottom sheet in as it had just been placed on the bed. The shower stopped working whilst I was in it because someone else in the hotel was using the water. Breakfast was another catastrophe, not starting until 8.30am everyone arrived at the same time so people were sitting around waiting for a table. The breakfast was greasy and used very basic cheap mass produced sausages. We asked for brown bread and got white. I would not have minded all the little niggles if I didn't feel that this hotel is overpriced for the service and facilities on offer
Everything was perfect! I was really impressed.
The room was very clean. Cant comment on the food as we left before breakfast.
The parking was a nightmare, the entrance to the private car park was far too narrow for our car so we were given a permit to park on the road. This was not ideal as there were no spaces for ages and my husband had to keep driving around the block whilst I looked for a space to come free. The payment for the accommodation was not taken online via debit/credit card as advised by booking.com but by cash on leaving?
