“ Very Customer focused - we ate at the Restaurant on the Saturday night arrival - even allowing for a Wedding Party elsewhere in Hotel excellent Customer Service still provided. Breakfast was substantial with plenty of variety on hand coupled with friendly engagement, used Bar in the evenings a couple of times - overall a very pleasant experience - so much so - we will be back again. ”

Friendly efficient service.Staff listen to what the customer has asked for and deliver it . Good choice for breakfast. Either have the full works or pick the bits you would like, but it is all cooked simply but well. Minor gripe. Radiator in the en suite was not working ........ i like a warm bathroom.

The room had lots of space, lots of hot water, brilliant breakfast, nice staff. Would stay again. No shower soap, patched wallpaper in bedroom. It had been snowing quite hard and the driveway hadn't had any of it cleared away making it unsafe to walk.

The staff made you welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms were immaculate and had complimentary bottled water which was a nice touch. For breakfast there was something for everyone and plenty of it. Overall a great stay and we will definately return. There was nothing we didn't like

I was on a day out/away with my Dad, the staff were excellent and treated my Dad and I really well. This is just why we go on these breaks since my Mum died. The breakfast in the morning was more than ample. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. No TV anywhere in the Bar area which would be good. I also booked two rooms, one for me and one for my Dad, I was dissapointed to find one of the rooms was a Twin. If I had wanted to sleep in a single bed I would book a Single room. I think it should be obvious when a person books a double room for one that they want a double bed

The Moreig Hotel was clean with a spacious room and fulfilled the purpose that we needed from it. Unfortunately we were unable to try the meals as it was booked and if we wanted we could have eaten at the bar area but the tables were low and we would have been sitting with another couple. Breakfast could may have been served to 10.30 as it does on week days.
