Location was excellent, price, service and friendliness of staff was very good. Rooms were well equipped and of a high standard and very clean, the adjoining pub catered for all our needs and the staff were very helpful and I would recommend it to anyone staying around that area.

The hotel offer good size rooms, clean and fully equipped. Nice full breakfast and the use of swimming pool in the partner hotel is great to relax after a day outside! From all the Staff only one lady was really nice and friendly, all the others didn't really take care of the customer; including the check-in girl (she didn't explain at all about hotel facilities) and the Breakfast team (quite chaotic/ not really organised)

Found the Hotel to be rather faceless with no added value or warmth from the reception area. Room was a family room split level, however the use of chemicals for cleaning was overpowering, and the room was infested with ants.

Very convenient for visting family & friends and touring round the borders of Wales and Shropshire. Resturant & Garden close by. Having selected rear facing rooms would not book if facing main A5 road to noisy and to close.

This was my third stay at the Moreton Park, and I chose it again because it meets my requirements for location and value for money. The staff in both the hotel and in the adjacent pub where breakfast (and dinner, if you wish) is taken were friendly & helpful.

Considering we came 3000 miles from Tennessee to stay with our family and grandbabies, your facilities were excellent for us all and our children would love to return on their own again soon. The spa and pool and meals were really delightful and the staff very accommodating and friendly. Thankyou and keep up the good work.

Clean and big room. Nice Restuarant/pub next door, which did great food and played the football. Free access to a lovely country club where you could use the gym. Would stay again. Could not get access to the Internet. It also was not made very clear as to how to do this.

Bedroom was of a good size and well appointed. Two comfortable chairs and a desk (and light) suitable for working. Good to have choice of radio programmes, especially Radio 4,-we do not all like television! The removal of the entry card from the lighting device results in the lights going out immediately-it would be helpful if there was to be a delay
