I stay in hotels all over the world but never stayed in one as nice as this. Loved it an cant wait to go back

Seagulls made a mess of my car roof in car park

best breakfast. comfortable bed and linen

no mirror on wall in bedroom to dry hair. no hook on back of bathroom door for dressing gown.

The room was very comfortable, the standard of the bathroom excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The wooden floors made the rooms noisy as the floorboards squeaked.

Stayed in the town house just across the street from the main building. The room was very comfortable - great shower. Stayed in two rooms during our stay and both are very clean and modern. Service and staff are attentive and great breakfast and convenient. Would recommend to anyone staying in Swansea area.

The location of the rommwe were allocated,on the ground floor next to the entrance door which meant we were disturbed by late party goers. To add insult to injury we were woken with the sound of water gushing in through the roof and light fittings of our bathroom at 6:30am. We were given a £20.00 compensation which I feel was inadequate for our lack of sleep and the anxiety caused

Very nice room in the detached town house, excellent bar & eating areas. Very helpful staff.

Bed was very hard, although made slightly better with mattress topper fitted.

The idea of staying in Morgans having lived next to it years ago. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever!!

The cleanliness - there was mold around the hinge of the shower screen, and in 2 places around the bath - not want you want when having a relaxing bath; dust in the corners of the room (wooden floor); the curtains were extremely dirty at the bottom where they touched the floor. booking - the booking was for the townhouse, but we were put in the hotel opposite the reception and next to the stair case. It was very noisey late at night and early in the morning - not what we wanted as we were trying to get away from it due to hospital appointments on the monday morning. Information from the staff - was not told about if my deposit was going to be actioned; when I told the staff about the above, I simple got a short apology, and no recompense or anything. Wifi- to access this it was impossible. we were so disappointed we stayed in the Premier Inn the next night to chill out and relax following our traumatic day at the hospital, having not had a restful time at Morgans the night before.

The bed was very very comfortable, the room was lovely and spacious. Good clean bathroom. Convenient location, from the station and very easy to get to town.

The tea and coffee tray was a bit stingy and they didn't refil the toiletries. The room was too hot and the duvet was a bit too thick for May. There was building work going on outside the window and when we mentioned this nothing was offered as an alternative. £450 for 3 nights was very steep.

Good restaurant with pleasant and helpful staff. Close to town centre and marina.

Only a minor gripe, but the air conditioning was not working efficiently, it did not warm the room on a cool evening.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, but always professional. A highlight for me was laverbread and bacon for breakfast - first time for over 40 years. Very comfortable and ideally situated for the city centre.

I really cannot think of anything I did not like, but for one night I did not exercise all the facilities.

stayed in one of their town house rooms. dust on top of bed and on lamp shades. air freshener in room made it smell cheap. could of been better and more comfortable with carpet. very noisy with other rooms so close, could hear talking,television and intimate activites. cushions and spread were A little tatty.

Rooms were comfy, bathroom very well laid out. Parking very convenient

Liked the friendliness of the staff, the luxurious bathroom, the comfortable bed, the unique features of the building, the size of the room, the extra facilities on hand (the iron and ironing board, the tray of coffee and tea, the dressing gowns), the fact that the hotel is so near to town. We also enjoyed the breakfasts and evening meal as well as the bar snack, we had.

All the lighting did not compensate for the darkness of the room. The bedroom, 'The Marina', never got comfortably warm although there was exceptionally cold weather outside. (We did also ask reception for help with the heating and lighting. They were helpful with one up- lighter that was not working and altered the thermostat for us so that the room did get somewhat warmer.) I also wished I had brought my laptop because I could not seem to access Wi-fi on my i-pad. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the decor, the molton brown shower gel and the bathrobes. The main hotel itself is very well decorated throughout and the staff were all really friendly. It's very handy for the centre of Swansea.

Could have done with a pair of slippers as because it was cold outside feet felt cold on the wooden floors but really that is just me being picky.

location of the hotel was very convenient. Breakfast was very well presented.

I just felt that the room particulary the bathroom needed a really good clean, this is the second time we have stayed in the hotel for location convenience and the previous en suite bathroom needed a good clean then also, in both bathrooms in the corners there was a build up of dirt which had been there for a while. In the bar there was beer stains all down the sides of the sofas.
