Warm and friendly welcome. Clean and comfortable room, with good facilities and "little extras" in the bathroom. Plenty of coffee and milk for morning coffee! Full selection of Sky channels, plus dvd player and discs. Great breakfast, and served hot. All in all, excellent value and I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending to anyone. No faults at all!

Joyce and John were the perfect hosts serving a hearty breakfast with a great choice of cereal, fruit, yoghurt and fruit juice to start and a full cooked breakfast to follow. This followed a peaceful night in a lovely, clean and comfortable room which had a lcd/dvd tv with a choice of complementary DVD's, tea and coffee making facilities, and a spotlessly clean en-suite shower room. A lovely b&B. Highly recommended.

the morlea was ideally situated so did not have to use the car to visit local sights or the town. It was clean and tidy and the owners very friendly. would have no problem recommending this hotel.

The location was great near to the town and front. The room was lovely little touches like boxes of tissues and cotton wool and wine glasses also nice tv/dvd with dvs to watch. The bed was lovely and comfy and nice bedding. On day two all the towels were replaced and the room had been cleaned and tided up could not have asked for more. The breakfast was delicious and plenty off it and a nice selection of juices cereal joghurts would be very happy to stay again and would recommend to friends.

Felt completely at ease. No hassle whatsoever from time of booking to checking out. The breakfast was fantastic, set you up for the day. The room was bright and comfortable with everything you needed and all in working order.

Very nice couple running the guest house. Ensured that everything was ok with the room and asked if we new the area, which we did so advice was not needed. The best thing about Morlea was the location. Very close to shops and the sea but also very quiet location.

The room was extremely comfy, breafast was eceptional as was the service. My hosts were accomodating, understanding and went beyond to help with guide info and reccommendations. I'd reccommend the morlea to anyone wanting a nice relaxing atmosphere :-)

Owners were very friendly and helpful, room was perfect for us, we stayed New Years Eve and were greeted with a bucks fizz at breakfast which made a lovely start to 2012. We will most definately stay here again.

Fantastic room with everything you need and more, including little extras like DVDs to give a homely feeling to it. Joyce and John are lovely and very helpful. The breakfast is lovely with the most perfect eggs you can find! Great location, handy for everything in the area.

We had a lovely weekend at the morlea,the couple who run it were fantastic and very attentive,breakfast was very generous,the room was simple but clean and functional even had a selection of dvd`s to watch in the room free of charge. Located within a 5min walk to the shops and and beach with a great variety of eating venues to choose from. We will definately consider staying at the morlea again in the future.
