Friendly approachable staff. Clean and comfortable establishment. Short distance from station. Close to prom and shopping/town. Very good value for money.

We were welcomed extremely well into the hotel and were allowed to check-in slightly early which was a massive bonus. The room was lovely and had everything you would need. The breakfast was good and there was a great selection of food. The owners are lovely and treat you extremely warmly and would highly recommend.

television does not get all channels in normal usage

the room was lovely and clean. warm welcome and a fab breakfast. car park was a bonus. very near to shops and pubs. me and my husband had a lovely time. will be staying here again soon

A nice comfortable hotel, Joyce and John the owners are really friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast excellent. I would reccomend it to anyone as a great place to stay.

The location was ideal. Clean b&b but a little worn in parts. Enjoyed our stay but this was lower than our usual budget and you do get what you pay for. Friendly owners.

Budget b&b, shower cheap and did not work but owners did let us use other room when informed. The room was quite small and although the bed was comfortable bedding a little faded and pilled and could be updated. Shower room very cold as no radiator and three mirrors in such a small bedroom are not needed.

Comfortable beds and the best nights sleep .... Away from home

Have stayed at Morlea many times ,and would again stay when visiting Llandudno. The owners are friendly and welcoming . Everywhere in the hotel is super-clean. and so comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. !

Very friendly welcome and an excellent breakfast.

We were greeted warmly on arrival and as if we were old friends. We were walked to our room which was very nicely decorated. We felt very relaxed, safe and comfortable, as if we were staying at a friends' house. We asked for some board games which Joyce and John hunted down for us - nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay again - can't fault it.
