Not enough toiliteries or pillows no phone in room
Very good service, nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very helpful.
pulling luggage up and down steps in hallway near our room.
Loved how modern the hotel is and very central. Staff helpful and friendly.
The room had a water pipe which ran the whole night and kept us awake during the night. Price was expensive only for one night.
Staff very helpful. Reception calm and organised. Able to leave luggage before train departure. Rooms very spacious.
very clean & friendly
No bed side tables, only one socket in the room..
Cleanliness of hotel. Helpfulness and friendliness of staff. Location
View from room but it was quiet and we didn't request a view so it wasn't a problem
Location and clean room with wifi Friendly staff.
Small room. Small bed and poor air conditioning.
very clean, fast lifts, near to all we wanted.staff very friendly.
nothing,but snacks were expensive,crisps 2.50 for a small bag.no biscuits in room,aww.
Great location. Clean rooms
No bar or breakfast as they were doing refurbishment works. No room service. I'm pretty sure they don't do food other than breakfast.
Good location next to the main attractions and ideal for the train station. Staff are very professional and helpful. very comfortable.
Very clean, excellent location, super staff , very obliging . Lovely breakfast.
Nowhere to 'plug in' electric kettle. had use the soft stool , near the power point which happened to be along side the toilet door. In the middle of the night I ended up tripping over the stool, and no, I hadn't had too much alcohol!. Also, no bedside cabinet was very inconvenient.
Location was key very central to city and railway station Staff were friendly and helpful rooms were spacious and not cluttered well layed out didn't try the breakfast may do next time
The only downside for us was lack of draught beer in the bar apart from that was great
The rooms are lovely, clean and modern.
The bar area the sell cocktails on the menu and everyone we asked for they did have.

some rooms on the extension side,no view but you can ask to change.wifi didn't work for us but we didn't contact staff to fix as not too bothered.
Wifi , location , style , decor
No biscuits in room :(
Very central for shopping, train and the old part of the city. Good breakfast. Room basic, modern, good size, everything you need. I would definitely recommend.
Staff was very helpful, cheerful and attentive to what I asked of them. This is a clean and very well located hotel for which I will be returning after the new year.
Location, cleanliness, mulled wine :-)
Persoally the pillows were too soft .... though I did get a good sleep .
Hotel was first class. Great location, room was spotless and so warm
Location staff standards
Lack of double duvet for bed
Great location brilliant friendly helpful staff. Only concern we discovered late the bedding was stained no telephones in room to contact reception. Not sure if I was a lone female traveller I'd feel safe without a basic phone in room.
Location,decor and staff first class
Only one pillow and no typical Scottish breakfast in a hotel located in the capital of scotland
