Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food for all tastes.Clean and cosy.
No complaints .if staying for longer a room with a bath would be nice but we didn't request this as only staying one night .
In walking distance of Enniskillen - could also walk to the National Trust property Castlecoole and to the Ardhowen theatre.
Staff friendliness and location. Cleanliness of room
We loved Alice the receptionist who was helpful beyond belief. The family run pub where Belmore Court visits receive excellent service and extreme value for money. The beds were so comfy even though we were all in single beds. We were in a family room which was like a 2 bed apartment. Brill. :-) Fab brekkie also. Highly recommend.
Shower cubicle was bit small but apart from that absolutely no complaints from us :-)
no electric/water on last day of stay. Problem poorly managed, as no communication with us until check-out when it was too late. Unable to shower/brush teeth or use toilet. Not a good end to our holiday!
Great hotel in a good location for access to shopping restaurants and bars. Staff are excellent, buffet breakfast is fine for a stay of a couple of days
The staff, the room itself, the location
Good location and excellent value for money
Absolutely nothing to dislike
Being coeliac I was catered for
Not a complaint just a suggestion gluten free bread cannot be contaminated with crumbs from ordinary bread maybe a small toaster kept separate in the kitchen for gf bread
We liked everything.our first visit to your county and hotel.traveled for a family weddings. But wi fi very bad.could not get into ye wi fi.but everything else very good.w will come back
No complaints only no use of wi fi
We stayed here as we were attending a wedding that was in another hotel, it was in a great location and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The early checkout ... 11am
Aoife was so helpful
The breakfast was scarce, felt it was overpriced for minimum food!!
Great staff, lovely hotel
No Bar, No swimming pool
I would have liked a full Irish breakfast brought to my table, that's because I like my comfort, but that said the continental breakfast was tasty and sufficient.
Outside of hotel was very tidy with ample parking space. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient and had us booked in and into our room in minutes. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. We stayed in one of the executive rooms which had tea making facilities and a coffee maker with excellent variety of teas and coffees to choose from. Breakfast was self service/ buffet style with an good variety of cereals, juice, fruit, bacon, sausages etc.etc. the lady in the breakfast room couldn't have been more helpful or attentive. All in all, a very pleasant stay in a friendly atmosphere. Could recommend to anyone Ivan and carol Hamill Tome bridge
I liked staff, location.
Paying 70 . Not 50. If I had rang hotel myself.
stylish comfortable room, very modern.
The Breakfast Room is too small and everybody is on top of each other scrambling for food.
We liked the location and being able to walk in to town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also liked having a kitchenette.
The room (and bathroom)was too basic and needs updating. There was noise from other occupants above us. A large van was parked in front of our room the entire 3 days we were there.
Location and amenities
Overall the motel was good BUT ..... for someone was wanting a cooked breakfast this motel a big disappointment.
Location, general surroundings, pleasant helpful staff.
We stayed in an ensuite double room in the older original part of the motel for £70 for one night. The room was fine but as a converted house the sound insulation between rooms and floors isn't great, if other guests had have been noisy it could have been uncomfortable. Breakfast was an additional £6 per person which we had and it was ok but that was £82 for one nights b&b. We could have stayed in one of several b&b's just on the edge of town for £62 to £70 including breakfast. Maybe the newer part of the hotel/motel may be better value for money but we didn't feel that the older part of the motel was good value for money at £82 for b & b.
The location was perfect. We got upgraded to a 4star room that was spacious and very comfortable. The young one at the reception desk was wonderful in giving us info and directions from where the best pubs were to the location of the town hall etc.
The off season rates were great, the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional, the location and parking was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with many options. A wonderful 3 nights stay!
