Motts Bed & Breakfast  

The room was beautifully equipped for both leisure and or business, the owner and her daughter lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. A definite find.

Nothing at all to dislike, other than being surrounded by flora when you have hayfever.

The village is lovely

I stay at Motts bed and breakfast on a regular basis and cannot fault it, the annexe is a lovely little hideaway, a real gem!

The attention to detail and the fact that the room (there is only 1 room) is an annexe, with its own entrance. Breakfast was excellent. The village of Stebbing is delightful.

A lovely room booked very last minute gave me a good night's sleep between business meetings. A good breakfast which kept me going all day! Nice touches like orange juice and water in the fridge.

A very dark, wet and windy night and no sat. nav. meant I had trouble finding my way.

Breakfast in the warm surrounding of the kitchen, cooked to my requirements could not ask for better.

Set in an idyllic little village, Motts Cottage provides spotlessly clean accommodation with every comfort provided. The cottage garden was beautiful and very well cared for. We would thoroughly recommend this B&B as a base to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. If we were in the area again we wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you for your kind hospitality. If anyone complains about this accommodation then they are very hard to please!!!!

A great find, Clean comfortable accommodation. Set in delightful cottage garden. Host very welcoming. Best full breakfast we have ever had. Would definately recommend. Tip for other customers, turn right just after the red telephone box!

Privacy, good wifi, quality furnishings

Very friendly and comfortable. The English beakfasts were exellent and well cooked. Our room was large and well fitted out, we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic quality for b&B. Private room but had trappings of good hotel -quality large double room, excellent shower,very clean. Basic breakfast (requested and provided in fridge previous night as we left very early for flight).juice, fruit and some bread for toast was best quality- lovely fruit salad and exceptional moist grain brown bread.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Motts B&B as the room was extremely comfortable including milk/tea/coffee and biscuits which was a very pleasnt and unexpected surprise for as B&B. It is set in beautiful gardens and our hosts were extremely welcoming.Breakfast was better than a lot of 5* hotels we had stayed at. If we were down that way again we would certainly make it a must. .

Frendly welcome - comfortable room - excellent breakfast. It was especially good to have fresh milk in the fridge on arrival after a long journey.

There is no "B&B sign and it is not wholly obvious that one has arrived. A fuller address and/or directions on the web site would help.

Excellent breakfast in lovely warm kitchen. Very comfortable, clean and warm bedroom looking onto lovely garden. We would happily return.

No tea cosy so second cup was cold.
