Mount Pleasant Hotel  

Staff were great!. Surroundings are very nice. Room size is generous.

Lack of internet connection in room.

The restaurant meal was excellent. Duck is a difficult meat to get right, but the meat was tender and juicy, and the plum sauce complimented the meat and sides excellently. The room had a spectacular view of Malvern. And the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Our room was spacious and had a fantastic view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was tremendous. Good to have parking on site.

The bathroom badly needs updating.

The location

The rooms needed redecoration and new beds. Old and tired. Code to the door took many attemps before it would let us in. I took my neice for her birthday, she had seen the room on another site much cheaper so i was not impressed to hear this. I paid 75 pounds, she saw it for 55pounds!!!! Very dissapointed.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel location was ideal for our visit, also the price was very good when you consider 2 excellent breakfasts were included. The staff were very accommodating and friendly

Very cold rooms, had to change rooms as was far too cold to stay in

everything !!!!! staff were brilliant, breakfast was great, the room was wonderfull, the location was perfect....what more can i say.

Decor is somewhat jaded, bordering on shabby (e.i., bathroom). Overall, a re painting would at least greatly improve the ambience of the hotel.

Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Good food. Pleasant room and facilities.

Rooms were cold until 6pm and suspect clocks needed changing. Evening menu could have been more varied. Use of bar area for functions left residents with few options.

Staff were very helpful with the booking and during the stay. Hotel was very clean and pleasant, full of charm. Easy parking and gardens to sit in, weather permitting. Malvern is a lovely town to visit, with a choice of restaurants close to the hotel, or eat in the hotel. The nearby Malvern hills are well worth a walk to the top, with stunning views.

The bedroom was a dequate but a little dated.

Liked the spacious,comfortable,nicely furnished bedroom.

Altogether a pleasant short stay,very good views from front aspect.

Could do with a few more coat hooks, ie behind or beside entrance door, bathroom etc.Otherwise little to complain about.

Wonderful view from bedroom. Good hearty breakfast and coffee.

The hotel is in despearate need of refurbishment. It is looking very old and tired. The decor really did not justify the price.
