Nice area within walking of city

Bathroom not suitable for older guests

Very welcoming on arrival. The bar and lounge in the evening was very relaxed. Our room was spacious and had an effective jacuzzi bath.

In our room the radiators came on in the evening but not in the morning so it was a little chilly.

We have never been to malvern before and on or approach we thought how beautiful it is and we couldn't of been any happier when we realised mount pleasent hotel was right in the heart of it. the car park was busy on arrival and the receptionist couldn't of been more helpfull. Everyone was lovely and helpful. breakfast and evening meal very nice and well presented. We loved it all.

Close proximity to Malvern Theatres

No lifts - although staff did offer help with luggage. Poor decorative order. Room went cold in late evening. Guests do not seem able to control heat in their rooms. Breakfast was poor. Premier Inns give better range and choice of food.

Lack of internet connection in room.

The restaurant meal was excellent. Duck is a difficult meat to get right, but the meat was tender and juicy, and the plum sauce complimented the meat and sides excellently. The room had a spectacular view of Malvern. And the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Heating all over the place, often cold. Room on floor 2 -lack of natural light and should have been near friends on floor 5. Pool etc out of action and not informed of this on booking.

Our room was spacious and had a fantastic view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was tremendous. Good to have parking on site.

The bathroom badly needs updating.

The location

The rooms needed redecoration and new beds. Old and tired. Code to the door took many attemps before it would let us in. I took my neice for her birthday, she had seen the room on another site much cheaper so i was not impressed to hear this. I paid 75 pounds, she saw it for 55pounds!!!! Very dissapointed.

Very cold rooms, had to change rooms as was far too cold to stay in

everything !!!!! staff were brilliant, breakfast was great, the room was wonderfull, the location was perfect....what more can i say.

Decor is somewhat jaded, bordering on shabby (e.i., bathroom). Overall, a re painting would at least greatly improve the ambience of the hotel.

Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Good food. Pleasant room and facilities.

Rooms were cold until 6pm and suspect clocks needed changing. Evening menu could have been more varied. Use of bar area for functions left residents with few options.
