Best Western Mount Pleasant Hotel  

Luxurious spa rooms, Good value for money and lovely food for dinner and breakfast

The fire alarm waking us at 1am with no explanation or apology!

Everything about the hotel is excellent, the rooms are very spacious,staff polite but not in your space all the time and the beds are very comfortable.Its nice to find such a fantastic hotel so close to home.

We got a free room upgrade and it was a lovely room. Space , comfort and style.bathroom was also to a high standard. The breakfast the following morning was amazing.

We had a meal in the bar and it wasn't worth the money we payed for it and the drinks were expensive .

Breakfast was just awful. Full English was in edible , bacon and sausage undercooked beans were cheap egg was snotty.

We had a wonderful suite and we thought the hotel was excellent and would definitely recommend it to anybody

From walking in to walking out! My room was a large very comfortable room and I loved the large sofa in the room Very nice!

Only the fact I missed breakfast as I had to leave so early!

The standard the decor it was a good experience

We liked the friendly service and were upgraded to a beautiful executive room. The bathroom was huge with new fittings.

The whole hotel theme. The restaurant menu. Parking was good. Friendly staff. Service quick well worth the expense. The room 279 was excellent. Well done you hard working staff.

Well if I had to be really picky the only observation i made was when i was lazing in the bath and noticed that the grout had not been applied underneath the sink mirror.

location, cleanliness, food was excellant...room was comfortable & well equiped.....some staff were friendly, were happy in there work and were obviously there to satisfy the guests.....

on arrival the reception staff were less than welcoming.....(& thats the first impression importance for a guest) didn't seem to want to listen to guests questions or enquiries...plus the restaurant staff need to learn to smile and not perform on a script type basis when receiving food orders.

The hotel is clean and comfortable,we were in executive rooms only because there were no standard rooms available, they are spacious and very lavish. Brrakfast had a fantastic choice and was delicious.

2 of our rooms had water beds which we were not informed of. I think we should have been at least informed and given a choice as to whether we wanted a water bed or not. Also, who I assume was the head waitress at breakfast was not friendly at all- a smile is nice in the morning!

This is an excellent all round Hotel and only wished we had been able to stop longer
