Small, welcoming hotel, with atmosphere, convenient location and lovely view over city center and bay. Restaurant and restaurant staff were of quality, friendly and helpful. Parking lot and room a bit cramped fort space, but given physical limitations, understandable. |

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, they gave us an upgrade to a lovely room with a fantastic view. I also had a business meeting at the hotel and there was plenty of places for us to sit and talk in privacy. Definitely recommend this hotel. Didn't try the restaurant for dinner but the breakfast was just perfect. Will certainly be back... |

Efficient and friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere, attention to detail and the complimentary items ie afternoon tea and cakes. The honesty bar is a nice reassuring touch although I did not make use of it - honest ! The owners clearly take pride in their business. Restaurant meal supplements. If you ventured even slightly outside of the standard menu, mental arithmetic was called for with the numerous supplementary charges. |

Complimentary afternoon tea, friendly staff and excellent restaurant As we were using public transport on route to Scillies it was fine, but parking might have been difficult if we had a car. Needed taxi to hotel as steep climb |

Good position and stunning views across Mounts Bay. Excellent service by young Slovakian waitress Veronica. Parking unavoidably difficult because of tight access, limited space and very steep hillside. |

the hotel was very relaxing, with free tea and coffee being served in the afternoon.the bay restaurant lived up to the critiques written on it and was well worth the stay to enjoy it. i would imagine that at busier times of the year the car parking would be extremeley hard to come by. |

staff were helpful and generally give a nice feel to the hotel - the quality was excellent The parking was terrible - if you were not lucky enough to get a space in the small hotel car park the chances of finding one within easy walking distance was zero |
