Good position for tube station (Earl's Court)

Room in a different building from breakfast room. Old and not very nice. Bathroom still has two separate taps for hot and cold water.

My family really enjoyed the great service the lady and particularly the gentleman at the reception desk provided. When our flight was cancelled he helped us through our moment of panic, printing for us the trains timetable, calling a cab and guided us whenever we needed directions to museums and other attractions. The rest of the staff is also very smiley and friendly and although the bathrooms are really small, the rooms are comfy and the quality/price is really competitive! We loved it so much that we are coming back for another London visit in July! Ma famille a vraiment apprécier le service des deux receptionistes, particulièrement le monsieur qui nous a aidé lorsque notre vol a été annulé. Tous les autres membres du staff étaient souriant et accueillant et bien que les salles de bains soient petites, le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable et l'emplacement de l'hotel à deux pas de l'arret de bus easybus et national express sont des + non négligeables! Nous y retournons en juillet!

The bathroom were quite small but everything else is way too positive to complain about that! Les salles de bains sont trop petites mais le reste est tellement bien qu'il est difficile de se plaindre!

Television did not work very small room

I was using the hotel as an alternative to going home (as I was working sunday and cant get into london early enough for work on a sunday) I really only needed a bed and a hot shower, these were provided but were very dated and felt very unclean, the bed actually had a huge black hair on the undersheet. I had an uncomfortable nights sleep unfortunately.The room was old fashioned, dusty with a freezing bathroom due to single pane of glass, it was generally uncomfortable and dank. Was hoping to relax in the bath after a hard days work in preparation for the next days but the bathroom was so cold and the despenser soap looked very old as if it hadnt been replaced for years.

Close to underground station. Near utility shops. Helpful staff.

First given awful room 110. Three flights of stairs. No lift. Shabby room and terrible mattresses with protruding springs. Not all globes in room working, Supplied hair drier and TV remote broken. Furnishings very shabby. After one night's stay, spoke to the manager who immediately gave us a different room on 1st floor - well catered for, everything working and nicer finishings. Management helpful and friendly.

Me and my son stayed for 1 night, and thought it was very good value for the money. Clean, lovely breakfast, and staff all very friendly and helpfull. Will stay here again. Alistair

Earls Court is a good location for visiting London and the hotel has cheap prices.

The room was not very clean.

Awful hotel. Have travelled extensively and this was worst hotel i ever stayed in. Uncomfortable and not very clean. Never again!

I have already submitted a review from an earlier stay - the reason I come back is because the people are really friendly and I can leave my luggage between trips. Eva

Some tea making facilities in the room would be good

Comfy beds and good shower. Would stay again at these prices.

Thought the in room tv a bit basic. Thought it would have had free view. Not really that important though.
