Nice big room and a good breakfast.
A bit hard to find.
2 no good chairs in the bedroom
the 2 no low chairs in the bedroom which were not suitable for watching the TV. As the local theatre was not putting on any shows we watched the TV sitting on very low chairs
Lots to do. Lovely welcome and people. Near to beaches and other attractions. Lots of animals to see.
room was lovely and immaculately clean and comfy everything you could want
we had great expectations for breakfast but were so disappointed child sizes .thin and cold toast. also could do with more light in dining area.
Location rooms food owners very helpful
walking out of my room into the breakfast room but it was not a problem
The friendliness of the staff, the location and views from the farm
The constant banging of bedroom doors by inconsiderate fellow guests. The bedroom doors should either have their closers adjusted, or have dampers fitted to the doors or frames.
Being so near the sea Lovely large bedrooms with comfortable bed Extremely clean TV Great showers Farm animals
Motor racing noise on arrival Fruit juice from concentrate Curtains not dark enough Coffee slightly burnt..(sorry being very picky now)
No shower Took an age to work out how to switch water on in bath
clean and welcoming
views; location to other villages; peaceful; friendly;
The rooms were basic but very comfortable with fluffy white towels. The hosts were friendly and helpful.
It's a teeny bit out of the way, but great value for money.
The staff and the breakfast is fantastic!! Lots of animals on the farm make the kids happy...
Rooms would not suffer from a makeover...
Clean, organised and well run, comfortable beds, breakfast was varied and well catered as well as delicious, lovely well kept outdoor farm in a tranquil setting.
Unfortunately we got home more tired than when we got to the farm. The building is very old and if you stay on the ground floor the sound of walking (sounds like stomping) above you is impossible to sleep through, even for the deepest sleeper. Disappointed.
A very hospitable B&B. Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and nice fluffy towels and thoughtful bathroom and hospitality tray extras.
Excellent location for both Woolacombe and Ilfracombe. Very helpful owner/staff and the room had all the facilities we required. Thoroughly recommended.
The breakfast and the cheery helpful owners
Lack of window in breakfast area and poor soundproofing
Location in country but not far from a lovely and quiet seaside town.
The friendliness of the staff, the accomodation, the food and the location
There was nothing we did not like.
Relaxed atmosphere. Lovely spacious room (Room 6). Quiet setting great location between Woolacombe and Ilfracombe. Would definately consider staying here again if we were in the area. Lovely home cooked breakfast using fresh produce from farm. Friendly staff.
There is nothing to we didn't like during our one night stop over.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Felt like it needed updating a little
Everything,The owners, the food and the hospitality was second to none
Nothing not to like
The owners were very welcoming and ensured that we had all we needed. Our room was excellent , spacious, clean and very quiet. The full English breakfast was a dream come true for a hungry man!!
We liked everything, the staff, the rooms, the view, the location and the bacon, yum!
Location, size of room, excellent shower, lovely sausages & eggs
Horrid 'plastic' bread made tasteless toast. A little too chatty too early...I prefer to come round slowly.
