Amazing rooms in fact so big they are suites. Although on the out skirts of Hereford the setting was perfect with great rural views and very quiet. There seems to very few staff but we found that great as you were left alone to enjoy the hotel and its settings. The breakfast was very good. To sum up Munstone - great unique hotel with bags of style and charm for the price of a quality BnB. Have stayed several times and will come back again very soon. Lack of reception staff, was greeted by a member of staff with a baby on her hip. She didn't seem aware that we were staying. Generally the welcome could be a little more professional, however it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. |

It was like staying in an old country house. Very genteel. The spa bath didn't work, but we were offered a suitable alternative room without hesitation |

The rooms are spacious with luxurious decor. Old fashioned but comfortable. The high ceilings and large bathrooms are excellent value for the price. The self serve breakfast was very good. There were no staff to greet you. We had to ring a bell to gain access. The hotel has no services like food or evening drinks available. It should really be classed as a B&B. The place feels unfinished. Some maintainance work in small areas would make a big difference. For example the side of the bath had come away and needed repair but still good value for the price. |

Breakfast was fine. Decor is rather tired. Shower could be better maintained, yes it worked but, had to clean the holes in the head to obtain a more even flow. Curtain came off its runner, poor upstairs lobby - lights not working. Limited TV channels |

The personnel was very nice and helpful As the hotel is a bit remote fromthe town -it would have be nice to have evening meals on the premises -so both of us could have a drink and enjoyed more fully our evening without having to drive or take a taxi which was adding on the price or our meals. |

The quietness of the hotel and location. Having to ring a bell to speak to someone! |

large comfy bedrooms, bathrooms large and to a high specification. The staff were very accomodating and the breakfasts excellent. It could do with a lick of paint in a few places, but does not detract from stay at all. |

It was close to the City. We went to the The Rose Garden pub just down the road which was very nice and would highly recommend going there for food and drinks. I would not class this as a hotel its more like and B and B. There was no proper reception area when you arrive you have to ring a bell for someone to come out from the back somewhere! |

The room was delightful, with views over the countryside from the large bay window. Large well fitted bathroom. Good TV/freeview/DVD facilities. Pleasant quiet garden. The breakfast was barely ok - coffee and service could be improved with a little thought and minimal expense. |

The only thing I can say it was very quiet and further out than we expected you certainly could not walk into the centre of Hereford I was shocked to find broken wine glass and plenty of cigarettes left outside near the entrance (no proper reception to check-in) and they were still there when we left after 2 days. Behind the dressing-table we found an empty beer can and empty bottle of water also bins in bedroom and bathroom were not emptied. We certainly would not go back. |

Near the centre of Ross on Wye, next to historic St Mary’s Church, The Royal stands high above the River Wye, with excellent countryside views. |
Perfectly located, Premier Inn Hereford is close to Hereford Leisure Park and Hereford Race Course, with good access to Hereford Train Station. Hereford city centre is 2.4 km away. |
