Parplatzsituation gut. |

my husband and I were in edinburgh for the rugby and this hotel is in a perfect location and catered for all rugby fans before and after the game creating a very freindly atmoshphere for both sides and with being on the main bus route was easy to get to princess street for culture and shopping, |

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant and service was very good. Excellent location for Murrayfield stadium. The room was warm and very clean The room we had was in the Lodge and a peculiar 'L' shape and quite small. The single beds were only 2' 6" wide whilst the norm in most of the twin rooms in hotels we have stayed in have been a minimum of 3' wide. |

Very good location, plenty of buses going into city centre. Room clean and adequate. Staff friendly once you got their attention. Breakfast buffet was not organised. They kept running out of food which meant you were kept waiting for some time. This put us off attending the evening meal. |

Excellent breakfast, good bar food and nice helpful staff, exellent bus service to city centre in 10 mins. This is our third visit and only the room disappointed us. 50 stairs to room, a shower which only dribbled scalding water or was cold ( top room) and a bed and room which shook like a mini earth quake every time a heavy vehicle or bus passed by on the main road. The room was described as ' bright' but was actually as dark a room as I could imagine though it was clean and well refurbished in very dark colours. I think there are better, newer and lower rooms than number 23 and I shall ask for one if I am to stay again which I probably will. |

We got the executive suite and the condition of the room and cleanliness was spot on. My wife and I enjoyed our self service breakfasts as there were many things to choose from. It was also nice to visit the Zoo as this was only a 15 min walk away. If anything the reception workers lacked a little 'service with a smile'. but that it being very fussy. |

My room in the new extension was excellent, I liked the heated towell rail it came in very useful, I found there was Internet access in the room which was not not advertised on the net. |

Stayed in the new uplifted rooms, very comortable and clean. As it is on the main road its convenient to leave the car in the car park and use the frequent bus service that stops outside. service a bit slow at breakfast, tables not cleared of plates etc |

I enjoyed the room very much it was private and quiet and very clean and comfortable yes....The Bar...you couldnt relax, no sofas or easy chairs. it waas too much like a pub..didnt like it at all. so I had to relax in my room which was good. but it stopped me socialising with other hotel guest's |
