It was like staying in a family home. Warm and welcoming I thought for what i paid, the room could have been bigger. I asked for a double room - which i got, but didn't really like that fact the 2 single beds were pushed together. It was uncomefortable at times when sleeping. |

Cleanliness of the room was excellent. position as a city break hotel was excellent with the buses running past the door Bath room over crowded with a wash basin that one could not wash in except for hands, more appropriate to a cloakroom |

I was disappointed that I was given a room in the Lodge. I arrived at 11.15pm and had to walk to another building for my room. Also, as I had to leave early for the airport, breakfast in another building was not ideal, there being no facilities for visiting a bathroom after breakfast. |

I loved the ceilings and windows. The room looked just like the picture. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and helpful. They always seemed available and ready to help. I loved the bar downstairs and thought the bar tenders were very friendly and service was fast. It took the shower quite a while to warm up other than that I really liked everything. |

Friendly staff. Easy to find. The room has everything you could need. Have stayed in much more expensive hotels with less facilities. Eating alone in a very busy bar; would be nice to have somewhere quiet to eat. |

Staff very pleasant. Cleanliness good. Location for city centre excellent. Availability of meals and menu limited. The exterior of the hotel could do with refurbishment |

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, room was well appointed and pleasantly quieter than we originally feared being directly above the bar. |

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel as our welcome was very welcoming, our room was clean and warm. My grand daughter was with us and she got a special bed made up for her - which went down very well!! We had a lovely stay. |
