My room in the new extension was excellent, I liked the heated towell rail it came in very useful, I found there was Internet access in the room which was not not advertised on the net.

I love this hotel. It is small, but very modern and clean. I like their interior design. It was worth it.

yes....The Bar...you couldnt relax, no sofas or easy chairs. it waas too much like a pub..didnt like it at all. so I had to relax in my room which was good. but it stopped me socialising with other hotel guest's

Quiet room, excellent breakfast, good bar food.

Room too hot, window did not open, bathroom too small.

Room recently refurbished. Clean and comfortable. Close to rugby grounds and convenient to public transport to city centre and airport

The quality of the resturant was great and the waitress was very attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal.

The window in our room would not close correctly. The toilet seat is loose and needs tightened up.

Visited Edinburgh to sight see and it was ideal to catch the bus. Given the choas with the roadworks for the tram this was a major consideration.

Noise from the traffic was disturbing during the night

the staff were friendly ,decent food,comfortable suroundings

The staff were really friendly and helpful,would definitely stay again,room was excellent,only stayed for one night,we would would recommend this hotel to stay in.

It adequately suited my needs.
