Excellent location, staff helpful, clean and comfortable apartment, would recommend!!!
Friendly helpful staff, stored our luggage to on check out day until 5pm , very Central location . Comfy beds and modern fittings
Lift out of order for entire stay
Spacious and staff extremely responsive. Extremely reasonably priced compared to its prime location.
Reception is in the basement and didn't look like one so I got confused for a while ..
All of it
Need a bath
pleasant and helpful staff at check-in, decently furnished , washing machine, oven, microwave, newly painted, very central and easy to get out even when you are tired, there is loads to do in the area
Nowhere to do make up, place copsmetics and bathroom needs, need somewhere to open cases which all hotels seem to overlook - so called double glazing is not such- very old windows covered by modern glass allows noise in and we were fine but others may fi,nd traffic and people noise distrubing, towels that were dirty need to be replaced . When we book for 3rd person we don't expect to be shown the sheets and to make th ebed up after a long flight! No sheets were provided for the sofa so we used a duvet for the bottom too
Should give 2 keys
Great place to stay, apartment was beautiful and prefect location. Would stay here again and recommend it to all.
Only one set of keys, if u left the building on your own you were locked out, as apartment intercom doesn't work.
Everything was great! Renata was very friendly with us, giving all the essential information about our stay.
Noise from the street but again ... it's central London, so couldn't expect anything different.
central location of apartment apartment facilities lift available cleanliness of room
some noise form local bars and clubs (expected due to location)
The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. The property itself was situated well and was ever so happy with the apartment.
A little pricey but all round excellence.
First day my friend and I were put on fifth floor and elevator had been broken for a month. We were able to move to 2nd floor on second day. Staff were kind in moving us as I couldn't do the stairs. Elevator fixed on day 4..we were there for six nights. Perfect location in the heart of it all. Saturday night night club next door woke me at around 3 but soon quieted down..think it was probably the last song of night. Had earplugs but didn't need them except for that one night. Had dbl glazed windows too so couldn't hear street noise. Will stay there on next trip.
All was manageable.
Perfect for family. Just 2 min walk to Tube station.
Lack of reception.
Wonderful view from the windows
elevatoe not working. Thousands steps
The apartment was very well located and the staff was nice.
We were in the apartment for 5 days. The lift was broken, the washing machine was broken, the heater was electrical and on the only day we turned on ( it was freezing cold in London) the energy dropped unexpectedly. Furniture and hardware very cheap. Shower nob falling apart, bathroom sink was too small. I didn't understand why there was somebody to make the beds( something we could do) and nobody to sweep the floors or clean the bathroom (something we could't do since there wasn't a broom or cleaning products in the apartment)...
Location was great, staff friendly and helpful, apartment was well equipped.
Could use better soundproofing but not too bad considering the location. Lift was not working. Really would have liked to have known when booking. We were on the fourth floor with what was classed as a view. (There wasnt one) and carrying suicases and tripping up nearly 100 stairs for almost a week was not pleasant. More up to date details or a reply when booking would have been appreciated. I booked for three reasons 1. Location 2. Lift 3. Washing Machine I guess 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
Everything was spot on the reception when arriving excellent Everything explained and everyone including maid service extremely pleasant helpful and courteous Location superb for travelling to all destinations by tube Will go back on our next holiday to London Well done My Apartments Like home from home
The apartment was really central and given the price, very good value for money when compared to a hotel. Yes, it was very small, but it still had everything we needed, particularly a washing machine.
The location was perfect, and the apartment well equipped.
The elevator wasn't working making it difficult to take all the luggage upstairs.
WiFi was great. Position is excellent.
Lift did not work for 11 days of the two weeks we stayed. Emergency response when we were stuck in lift was non existent. Had to call emergency services to get out. Police rescued us after >90 mins. Hot water service ended falling out of the cupboard and flooded the floor. Fire alarms went off for two days starting at 1am in the morning. London fire brigade only 400 Meters down the road did not respond to alarms?? Apartments are not registered for tourist stays or rental accommodation as verified from Westminster authorities. Customer service do not respond to concerns.
Excellent location. Property good condition. Good value.
Great location for shopping, shows, tube, etc. Room was small, but bigger and better than hotel room.
Very noisy at night. Also, elevator/lift was out of service the entire time we were there which made getting luggage to and from 3rd floor a challenge.
the location is excellent right in the center of London with all attractions just a short walking distance.
the studio is very clean and we had one on the 4th floor so it was not noisy at all . however, when we received the booking confirmation by my appartments staff we were not told that the lift was out of order during the entire five days we stayed. hence, going up 4 floors several times a day could be problematic for some people. i suggest in future they mention this in their confirmation email.
Amazing location Well built apartments Clean amenities
We lost power for a day, but the management was helpful and got it resolved
The spaciousness of the room. Excellent location.
Apartment does not provide some basic stuff like tissue paper and washing detergent.
the lift had been broken for weeks and disabled guests were in serious trouble due to this-a boiler fell out of the cupboard into an apartment. No indication that the lift was broken and no attempt to fix it was made-would never stay there again
