The spaciousness of the room. Excellent location.
Apartment does not provide some basic stuff like tissue paper and washing detergent.
the lift had been broken for weeks and disabled guests were in serious trouble due to this-a boiler fell out of the cupboard into an apartment. No indication that the lift was broken and no attempt to fix it was made-would never stay there again
It's location and nearby food & ameneties
The lift was out of order throughout the entire duration of our 4 day/3 night stay and we were as such, compelled to walk up and down 4 floors everyday, for no less than 3 times a day!
The location is very good with good access to shopping, Theatres, Soho and Covent garden. Easy taxi drive from Victoria Station for under £10. Good size rooms and very relaxing Staff are excellent.
It would help if there were shelves in the shower unit to place soaps etc. instead of using the floor. Not all of us are flexible!
The location was great. The apartment was what we expected clean, enough space. The beds were comfortable enough.
The fire alarm went off everyday that we stayed there. First day,1:30 am, again at 8:30, then every 10-15 minutes. No one answered our call, couldn't get on the web site and they did not reply to my email. We finally ran into the girl that received us on our arrival in the hall way. She said that they do a fire alarm test every Wednesday at 10:30, there is a sign at the elevator, but has been removed because of painting. No mention of this when we signed in. The sign was later reposted but states that Fire alarm test is on wednesday at 10:30. Really!! It happened every day. On Thursday it went off at 6:30,7:30,8:30am. The street is very load and the windows may as well not have even be there. If they get this fixed the place would have been fine. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!
The location was excellent and security was good. We were able to get there very easily and was enough room for four adults.
It got quiet stuffy in the bathroom and the bed & sofa bed were a bit hard but not something I would complain about
Close to tube, plays, shopping and restaurants.
Location is good and bad. It was packed with people very loud at night. We heard sirens, drunk people and cars honking until 0500 both weekend nights.
Lots to do but hard to sleep with all the street noise. Room was clean but the double windows did not stop sounds from the all night party that is Piccadilly
A bit noisy.
I heard the alarm many times. The electricity was cut down by itself.
Problems with entry to the apartment- no sign. Had to call number and then wait over 5 minutes for someone to come and open main door. Fire alarm went off twice early on Sunday morning. No-one seemed to be around for check out so left keys in the apartment. For the price I expect better customer service.
excellent localisation, the staff waited for us after late night arrival
lot of difficulties with using shower, waiting for coming hot water under cold water, and strange noise during it , no cleaning service every day , which was announced after arrival
Location was excellent, everything was so central. I also felt very safe in the apartments.
We could have done with clean sheets and towels on the third night.
Close to everything train station, theatres, restaurants, clean & tidy would stay there again.
the bus station were just in front our door
the noise that comes from the street every night.
The location of the place is excellent. Walking distance to the tube station as well as various buses. Clean and very polite staff.
The noise at night is unbearable. The party ends at 3:00 am and the crowd that spills out is loud, drunk and unruly. Police are called in on weekend nights to settle the loud vocal quarrels. The fire alarm went off on one day and intermittently came on and off about 10 times. My child was ill that day and could not sleep. There is no staff available if you arrive early and have to wait outside the door in the cold till someone arrives. The basin has no shelf to place toileties and the bathroom lacks hooks to place towels. The basin is half sized and placed very low. Have to be very careful when washing face to avoid spillage.
Very good location.
Beds were very uncomfortable (could feel springs) and the level of noise during the night was of an unacceptable level and as a consequence led to a very disturbed nights sleep.
Price Location Size of apartment
Could do with more power sockets (minor point)
It is an apartment... so they don't have housekeeper. If you are programing o long stay be careful to dont make a mess at the apartment
It was nicely decorated and the location was great.
The shower stopped functioning mid shower a few times. You had to turn it off and then back on - mind that the shower was under 5 minutes when this occurred. The second night we saw a mouse in the apartment. It scampered away, but apparently made a midnight visit as we found poop in one of our bags that morning. Both incidents were reported to staff via email (no desk to report to in the middle of the night). They sent a plumber in the morning who was unable to take action on the shower. No one addressed the mouse issue. A few emails have been exchanged, but nothing has been done and no responsiblity taken by the staff.
Location Room Size Facilities
When we were check in room was not ready and very very dirty I never seen such a dirty room before. Every evening we had problems with wifi we couldn't reach internet.
Nice location Good customer service (responsive to requests/complaints) Confortable apartments
I had a mouse in the apartment, however the management took the necessary measures to solve it It would be nice if housekeeping could wash the dishes
If guest staying more then 2 nights, the towels must be refreshed and room CLEANED.
The apartment is spacious and fairly clean. The management were responsive to any issues and nice. The position is excellent. Accomadation in London is expensive. If you can manage the noise and the basic bathroom then the price is good.
The photos give the impression that the apartment is modern boutique, the fact is that it is a basic renovation of an old property and the bathroom critically basic. The location is ultra central but very noisy 24/7 even with the double glazing that doesn't quite cut it.
