We come back 100% again...Thanks for all
it's worth to live
The apartment was well laid out, stylish, modern and comfortable. The staff at the key collection were extremely helpful, and let us leave our bags with them on the day of our departure so we didn't have to carry them around all day. I will certainly be using these again!
The only small problem was that in our room the double bed had two single mattresses rather than a proper double one. Apart from that small issue, everything else was spot-on.
The location could not have been much better, central positioned and good value for money. Clean, with good facilities.
Above a coffee shop which opened very early (before 7am) and played rather loud music. However the smell of fresh coffee was nice to wake up to. Parking was rather expensive, so if you have a car, leave early and come back late to avoid charges.
Located just 5 minutes walk to West-end, Princes Street, so convenient for tram and buses. Bedrooms excellent, a king double and generous twin with two well fitted shower rooms. Generous lounge/kitchen on top floor, well fitted and equipped. Free WiFi but it is slow. It took all night for my mobile to sync wedding photos to the cloud.
In my opinion, just a little pricey.
Located just off Princes street. Apartment was very clean, spacious and great value for money. Large comfortable beds. Warm throughout the apartment.
Apartment is a bit worn and could do with a fresh paint and some doors had scratches and holes in them. The windows aren't very secure and as it was windy they rattled throughout the day and night. Stairs are very squeaky. The apartment tends to shake when large trucks go pass. Tv remote in the lounge needed new batteries.
Excellent facilities, good location and very quiet. Wonderful bathroom and bedroom. The staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Nothing really. would book it again
Close to city centre. Good transport links. Very clean. Good facilities.

Location Staff Cleanliness Comfort
Location was great as were the apartment facilities!! Very clean and modern! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Able to walk to everywhere that we wished to go!! Loved it and would use it again!!
Didn't do us any harm as we are physically fairly fit, but if elderly or not physically able, all the steps, both up to the apartment and within the apartment up to the bedroom, could be a real issue!! A warning re this would be beneficial in the description if this apartment.
Nice rooms. Liked the skylights upstairs. Clean. Interesting Location.
Noisy stairs... perhaps the noisiest stairs I've ever heard. lol Bedroom window latch was broken - window stuck open and street noises were loud. Pity.. it was a comfy bed, though.
Everything! Great location Clean and fresh! Comfortable Roomy World's best shower
Having to leave
Lots of room (we stayed in a two bedroom apartment). Walking distance to Edinburgh Castle, though there are a few steps to climb.
The apartment is great - all mod-cons. The only thing I would say is that the apartment could use some insulation on the stairs - it's sooo creaky! Also, the extractor fan will wake up anybody up whenever somebody goes to the bathroom!
All facilities that you need there have been provided .
the distance between office of hotel and place of accommodation can be inconvenience.
Clean and comfortable, and we were surprised with an extra bedroom ... Was perfect... Not much visit and sit room with extra company in the living/ dining room... But it worked for our needs... We had to do the late check in, and it was very James Bond... I liked it
Facilities: washing machine, kitchen etc.
Expensive for where it was, paid all that extra to use a washing machine! Edinburgh was too crowded overall!
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, decent kitchen, close to the Castle and Royal Mile, reasonably quiet in downtown Edinburgh. If you need space for a family or several couples, this is perfect!
Couple of small things need to be fixed and repaired but nothing that detracted from the wonderful stay.
Had apt. 1 - was on 2 floors, which we liked. It had 3 bedrooms, so my kids each had their own room, and 2 bathrooms. The washer worked well, and I liked having a drying rack for the laundry. Kitchen was well organized, but I would have liked better instructions on how to use the oven. The living room furniture was comfortable. Had to go to Brougham Street to get the key, but that worked well as we could pay cash for the apartment and they let us have the apartment by 10 AM of our first morning, when we had jet lab. This apartment was close to Princes Street and buses, the tram, the train station - great as we were walking or using public transport. This apartment turned out to be our best rental of our whole trip, and we had it for the first 2 nights of our trip.
Couldn't figure out the heating system, so it was too hot upstairs, and the downstairs thermostats seemed to be disconnected. 2nd bedroom upstairs - blind on the window was broken and there was no way to block the sun, so that room got very warm. Could only use the hand-held shower in the main floor bathroom - the other showerhead sent water underneath the shower door. None of the TV remotes worked - probably low batteries. I would have liked descriptions of local grocery stores and restaurants - the pub around the corner, Au Bar, is excellent but we didn't discover it until our last night. It was also awkward to go to Brougham Street to get the key, but it enabled us to see another area of Edinburgh.
The flat was decorated to a very high standard and was immaculately clean. Just 5 mins from Usher Hall, 10 mins from Princes St and 20 mind from Royal Mile.
The bedrooms are directly above a coffee shop which opens at 6:45am. You will be woken up by very loud music/radio at 6:40am whichever of the two bedrooms you sleep in. We tried both and I had earplugs in and was still woken up.
The directions to the flat were terrible - colour co-ordination on the doors possibly!! The TV did not work and the wifi stopped working too which was disappointing
Good location and the flat was well equipped apart from the problems I have detailed.
Location Facilities Comfort
Very well kitted out kitchen, high spec and so was the bathroom. Lovely rain shower. Water always hot Beautifully clean bedding and towels. Lovely wooden floors. Very near to Princes Street.
There is absolutely no mention of the steep stairs off the road and no mention of the very tight steep stairs up to the bedroom (yes this apartment is 2 storey- 16/4). All those in no.16 are the same. No room in bedroom to put a suitcase or any other sort of bag and barely anywhere to put clothes. Bathroom door didn't shut, nowhere to hang towels and could have done with a mirror over the basin. Beware top step it's a little difficult to spot without the light on. Stairs must be advertised won't suit anyone with walking difficulties a
Location - 5 mins walk from Princes Street Very clean Modern bathroom with good shower Issue with smoke alarm fixed quickly Comfy beds
Very pricey! Does the basics, but not luxury Noise from other apartments Creaky stairs Small living area Little things broken e.g. window fasteners, toilet roll holder
First what I did like: location close enough to center of town but not right in it; price was right, especially during the Tattoo and festivals; staff excellent, responding to needs quickly and going the extra mile. I also liked the apartment experience over hotel rooms, since we were two couples who wanted time and space to relax together.
The apartment was poorly cleaned and poorly maintained. The name luxury in the title does not belong. Several racks broken off the walls and holes remain. Paint in poor shape all over. A locked door in the bathroom was held in place by cardboard shims. Bathroom was cleaned quickly and poorly between renters, leaving hair from previous renters on the floor...yuck! And though minor, the remote for TV had no cover and batteries kept falling out.
