Location was perfect. Room clean.
Very friendly reception staff Location
Lack of coffee Docking station not working
View from balcony
The toilet didn't flush properly and the duvet was smaller than the bed...i think for the price a breakfast should be included, even if only continental.
The hotel staff were fab and even bought a cake to our room for my Fiancé's birthday. The location was good and overall quiet at night.
Loved our stay! Fab staff!
The rooms were very compact but if your hardly in the room it's fine
Location was great, staff very friendly and the hotel was spotless.
We came to London to see the jersey boys at picardilly theatre and it was easy to get to and is suitable for all the theatres. It was perfect for our needs
Some noise from room above during the night.
Good location for the West End
There is not a hotel bar as such so no beverages served after the restaurant closes at 10pm but there are places near by to go.
This hotel is a little quirky and has a great feel to it I loved the bakery and restaurant at each side of reception.
The spa was closed Sunday, no real place to lounge a bit if problem when you have small room. However, the receptionists both checking in and out were sullen unwelcoming, not rude but couldn't be bothered. You certainly weren't made to feel welcome or a guest.
the Bar staff and restaurant staff were lovely, room had all amenities but was a bit pokey especially the bathroom but I didn't spend too much time.
Single room was very small. Water temperature flutuations in shower
Had a good night's sleep, very comfortable and quiet. Very clean. Very helpful staff
Very SMALL - feels crampt and room tiny. could hardly sit on the toilet without banging the toilet roll holder (its a wonder it still there). Food very expensive noisy - floors creak, can hear people moving all time especially in morning when house keeping is going on - Saturday morning at 8.30 was like being awoken by elephants pacing up and down hallway. running at times.
Friendly, helpful front of desk. stylish, beautiful decor and lovely atmosphere lovely food in restaurant and in cafe Bed very comfortable house cleaning services friendly and do great job
Prices for London hotels are extremely expensive!
Staff was very helpfull. I missed the last train back to Europe, didn't had anything with besides my laptop. Got a new toothbrush which was very much appreciated
Bathroom wasn't the best but was serviceable. Didn't have a shower as there wasn't the attachment on the wall. Windows were abit drafty!
Rooms were comfortable and big enough but not huge. Good selection of tea, coffee and water plus biscuits, which was a bonus! Cafe attached to the hotel was very busy but excellent.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly a helpful. Room was of a good size with a comfortable bed and excellent ensuiite. Location was perfect for the Palace theatre and close to Euston.
I have visited 3-4 times of the last five years. The rooms seem to be getting smaller all the time and the style less elegant. As expected, the proprietors are seeking to maximise profit in an expensive city. However, the hotel is starting to suffer. An added minus is that the toilets were not working properly on the 4th floor.
The location is fantastic. The breakfast is great, if you do not mind parting with your money.
The room needed a couple of chairs to sit on
The location and the cafe.
I was first given a rather uncharming room exposed to some noise from the street on the first floor. I asked for a room at the back, and got one next day. Good comfort there, but a bit small
Very good location, friendly staff
It would help to have a bedside table or shelf on both sides of the bed
Comfortable room, friendly staff
Convenient location for central London
There was nothing I didn't like. Would stay again. Good value.
Convenience of location, pleasant and helpful staff. Nice and warm in my room and easily controlled - great as it was so cold outside.
Rooms need better soundproofing. Waiting for lift in corridor you can hear everything going on in rooms, including the splashing of bathwater.
Comfortable bed with feather pillows and quality cotton sheets. Helpful staff.
A bit shabby and awful wifi that was so slow as to been unusable. Saved by good 4G connectivity!
Location and public areas
Heating didn't work and was noisy. Toilet flush badly installed. Milk sachets in the room had gone off. Street noise due to poor glazing. Wi-Fi was low bandwidth and poor reception, with frequently dropped signal. Just having a prime location is not good enough.
Fast check in and out. Good price. Excellent central London location. Efficient and courteous reception staff.
