The location is good for Oxford Street/SoHo The television in the room didn't work, which I found really frustrating. Especially as there was very little information in the room so after trying 0, 9 and most numbers I was struggling to contact reception. The hi-fi was outdated in character with the room. And it didn't feel that clean.

It's a decent centrally located hotel but incredibly expensive due to the miniature rooms. The hotel staff are outgoing, professional and friendly. The hotel loses several points on room size. Indeed, it has very small rooms, no refrigerators available to guests. I could hardly find a place for my baggage. In general, the hotel has narrow spaces and is very expensive for what it offers

The hotel was idealy placed for a two day theatre break in London. We were able to walk from Tottenham Court Road to the hotel and found it with ease. It was also a short walk to Covent Garden, where we ate and Shaftesbury Theatre. The room itself was both comfortable and clean and the hotel staff, informative and helpful. Although clean and comfortable the hotel room was small and the positioining of the furniture meant that the occupier of the left side of the bed had to edge around the wardrobe before getting into bed. Faults with the room included; poor tv reception and a loose fitting plug socket to the right of the desk. The 'My Hotel Bloomsburry' page on 'Booking.com' was also a little misleading. The hotel does offer many spa treatments, but it does not have a spa or the ammenities you would expect to find in a spa E.G. sauna, jacuzzi, pool etc.

Comfortable room, wonderful staff and a perfect location for exploring central London. Great wi-fi within the hotel (and within my room) made working easy, though I wish my room had had a desk (the description indicated that it did when I booked). By the end of my 6 day stay, I felt very at home at myhotel. My room smelled like cigarettes when I arrived, I believe because it was situated over an air shaft where people smoked occasionally. Leaving the window opened helped, but I was a bit disappointed as the smell in the room was, at times, very unpleasant. I did find myhotel to be a bit expensive, but the location was perfect for my purposes for this trip, so I didn't mind paying a bit more for a short commute to school. However, I may look for a slightly less expensive option for my return trips.

The location worked for me, arrived late but check-in was quick and help with an acquiring an iron after 10pm was a result and tick from me. My room was simple and functional but everything worked as it should have and it was quiet. Excellent shower, ie) powerful and hot! The room was a single but smaller than most cupboards. Not a problem for me but even at the reduced rate of £106.50, expected more space. Skipped breakfast because at £20 a head, I expect the mother of all breakfasts and frankly, those might be London prices but they are unacceptably high.

Friendly staff. Clean room. No safe in the room. I paid for full English breakfast when the room was booked on "booking.com", but the staff were unaware of this when I went for breakfast in the morning. I had to use the menu to find the full-english breakfast and order it, before being reminded yet again it wasn't included in the room price.

Very helpful staff and excellent room on the corner of the building with double aspect. Swiping credit card on arrival for £75 more than the room rate. Not clear to me why card needed swiping at all and made me feel uneasy at arrival, which gave a poor initial impression.

Was upgraded from a single room to a double room. Now had 9 square meters and could place my luggage somewhere. Space is precious in London, but you have to pay a lot for the square meters in this hotel. Now it was fine. A plus was the good wifi connection and of course the wonderful location near Soho. Price is steep, I did not take the breakfast as I found 18 pounds a bit high.

No strong opinions one way or the other. Good location but hotel looking tired and in need of refurbishment. Single room was uncomfortably small even for London. A very average hotel. Have previously stayed in myhotel Brighton which was a much better experience.

It was a little bit too noisy for my taste. The superior double room was a bit 'small' for what we paid - but that's London I guess .....

Quite honestley,......not a single thing ! The elevator was broken! The hallway on the second floor and the rooms adjoining ours were noisy. My room faced the back of the hotel where the food smell from the restaurant below was unbearable and your breakfast "buffet," was any thing but a buffet.

I liked the location and the staff were very professional and friendly. I thought the bar and restaurant area looked inviting. I did not like the leak coming from the bathroom ceiling and the room was very small for three adults.

The location was good for my purposes, and the staff friendly. The bed was good, and my room was also fairly quiet. Loud piped music at breakfast. Very limited choice at breakfast, with far too much white bread. No reading light over desk in bedroom. No comfortable chair in bedroom. The sound and picture of the television of extremely poor quality.Obviously the hotel does not intend to cater for people who are middle aged or elderly. The image and the offerings will attract trendy younger visitors who don't want to spend some of their time in London reading a book or working at a desk in their hotel room.
