It's ideal location in the centre of London convenient for shopping. It is also very near to stations and bus stops for the use of public transport |

it has a nice atmosphere and touches The size of the standard room is unacceptable its too small and this causes a lt of discomfort especially if occupied by two persons |

location, was quiet, ease of use, space of bedroom was right and bathroom Bathroom taps to turn on shower was a bit tricky to use. Internal window shutters were diffuclt to use, But these are minor things that once you figure them out, issue is solved. But for elderly or less able people these things will be a bigger issue. |

excellent location in center of London. More intimate than bigger international hotels. staff was not as attentive as they could have been. Hotel room was quite small (alhthough was expecting this so ok). |

This was our second stay at the myhotel and again we were very satisfied. The location is perfectly close to many restaurants, bars and shopping areas as well as buses and the tube. The size of the room was good, the staff very firendly and helpful. |

The library with free internet service and the continental breakfast were great. Perfect London location.. The room was a bit on the small side and the lighting could have been better. |

staff were very courteous. nice decor, clean rooms, room ready and checked in at 11am. Location great for shopping. Rooms were small but I guess you have to accept that in central London unless you pay a lot of money. |

The staff were extremely accomodating. I'm 6' 6" tall. The room was way too small. Particularly the arrangement of the toilet. |

Spacious room (superior double), quiet Standard of service/amenities has declined relative to my last stay. No longer justifies the price. |

The location of the hotel, the design of the room and overall the general high standard of the hotel. On our first two nights we had to stay in room that was dissapointingly noisy (it was above some kind of generator or air conditioning unit). However we moved when another room came available and I we were offered a 10 percent discount on the overall bill. |

Friendly and efficient welcome. Nicely decorated public areas and room. Room very small, and I was told I was "upgraded", so I wonder what the ordinary room would have looked like! Room would have been OK with a single bed in it, but the double bed took up virtually all space. |

The fact that nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff - every one of them were very professional. The breakfast was a very pleasant suprise with the choices and quality - unlike a lot of Continental Breakfasts I have experienced at hotels in the past. I believe a smoker had used the room previous to ourselves as we could smell cigarette smoke when we entered the room. As non smokers this was a little off putting. |

A very pleasant alternative to large faceless hotels. Efficient and stylish, yet personal. |

The room was small (although larger than single rooms in other London hotels I stayed before) lovely, comfortable and quiet. Continental breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruits, juices, prosciutto crudo, salmon, cereals, dried fruits, nuts, yoghurt etc plus charming atmosphere. A la carte food was also really good, and the service very friendly. My toilet flush didn't work properly, I told the reception but nothing was done about that. |

Quiet location ~ calm Lobby ~ good breakfast ~ free wi-fi Did not like my first room > no safe. Was transferred to a 1st floor room that had generator noise out the window. The final room on the 4th floor was perfect. |

Room was very nice for a single in London, larger than usual. Gym disappointing--but not everyone needs that, and it is not unlike other gyms in hotels like this. |
