Nice hotel with great location close to two Tube stations. Have stayed here before. Liked this room better than previous rooms I stayed in, opposite side of building. Good bathroom and shower. Always like when I can get radio on the TV! Good size mug!

Table lamp got very hot, had to use cloth over my hand to switch off.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and Its as perfect a hotel as you can get. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and chic rooms, a beautiful old renovated building.

The bathroom in my room was rather cramped with an unnecessary bath tub in a small space leaving not much room for the toilet. A shower would have sufficed. Security became a problem as someone broke into a room and tried other rooms as well. As a single traveller it worried me and made me feel uneasy after the event. There is no security at the door and worse, anyone can just walk in and go up to the rooms as there is no system in the lift to only allow people with keys to go up. Although for anyone who really wanted to the stairs are just next to the lift. Making guests feel safe should be the most important and essential part of hotel management.

The room was quite cold and bathoom amenities (such as body lotion) had not been changed after previous guest. (Small bottle, halfly used).

Staff were exceptional, nothing too much trouble. Some nice touches in the room, topical magazines, pillow spray, also nice to get a bottle of water. Great to be able to leave your bags securely in order to get the most out of an overnight stay. I would definitely stay here again, the location was excellent, walking distance to everything. Great choice at breakfast.

Convenient, good location, nice staff

As for most hotels in London, rooms are tiny. My room was facing a wall, so not that nice.

The hotel was idealy placed for a two day theatre break in London. We were able to walk from Tottenham Court Road to the hotel and found it with ease. It was also a short walk to Covent Garden, where we ate and Shaftesbury Theatre. The room itself was both comfortable and clean and the hotel staff, informative and helpful.

Although clean and comfortable the hotel room was small and the positioining of the furniture meant that the occupier of the left side of the bed had to edge around the wardrobe before getting into bed. Faults with the room included; poor tv reception and a loose fitting plug socket to the right of the desk. The 'My Hotel Bloomsburry' page on 'Booking.com' was also a little misleading. The hotel does offer many spa treatments, but it does not have a spa or the ammenities you would expect to find in a spa E.G. sauna, jacuzzi, pool etc.

Price quality is completely inappropriate. Too expensive for the small room I got.

The location is good for Oxford Street/SoHo

The television in the room didn't work, which I found really frustrating. Especially as there was very little information in the room so after trying 0, 9 and most numbers I was struggling to contact reception. The hi-fi was outdated in character with the room. And it didn't feel that clean.
