Lo mejor ha sido la amabilidad del personal del hotel, tanto en recepción (Joanna) como en cafetería (El supersimpático y atento Ricky) y el resto de servicios. Es un hotel con una idea minimalista pero confortable, muy bien situado, cercano a lugares de interés (British Museum) y en un barrio tranquilo y hermoso como Bloomsbury.

El aire acondicionado estaba un poco alto en algunas zonas, teniendo en cuenta la temperatura habitual de Londres.

El lugar, el estilo arquitectonico, el diseño de los espacios, los espacios de habitación y baño, el personal...

It's ideal location in the centre of London convenient for shopping. It is also very near to stations and bus stops for the use of public transport

Bathroom taps to turn on shower was a bit tricky to use. Internal window shutters were diffuclt to use, But these are minor things that once you figure them out, issue is solved. But for elderly or less able people these things will be a bigger issue.

This was our second stay at the myhotel and again we were very satisfied. The location is perfectly close to many restaurants, bars and shopping areas as well as buses and the tube. The size of the room was good, the staff very firendly and helpful.

staff were very courteous. nice decor, clean rooms, room ready and checked in at 11am. Location great for shopping.

Rooms were small but I guess you have to accept that in central London unless you pay a lot of money.

The location of the hotel, the design of the room and overall the general high standard of the hotel.

On our first two nights we had to stay in room that was dissapointingly noisy (it was above some kind of generator or air conditioning unit). However we moved when another room came available and I we were offered a 10 percent discount on the overall bill.

The fact that nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff - every one of them were very professional.The breakfast was a very pleasant suprise with the choices and quality - unlike a lot of Continental Breakfasts I have experienced at hotels in the past.

I believe a smoker had used the room previous to ourselves as we could smell cigarette smoke when we entered the room. As non smokers this was a little off putting.

A very pleasant alternative to large faceless hotels. Efficient and stylish, yet personal.
