The room was small (although larger than single rooms in other London hotels I stayed before) lovely, comfortable and quiet. Continental breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruits, juices, prosciutto crudo, salmon, cereals, dried fruits, nuts, yoghurt etc plus charming atmosphere. A la carte food was also really good, and the service very friendly. My toilet flush didn't work properly, I told the reception but nothing was done about that. |

Quiet location ~ calm Lobby ~ good breakfast ~ free wi-fi Did not like my first room > no safe. Was transferred to a 1st floor room that had generator noise out the window. The final room on the 4th floor was perfect. |

Room was very nice for a single in London, larger than usual. Gym disappointing--but not everyone needs that, and it is not unlike other gyms in hotels like this. |

The breakfast is very nice with delicious freshly baked croissants and much fresh fruit. They have a small gym and a so-called library with a sofa and four computers (you can even use the printer for free). The rooms are quite small (as usually in London). Unfortunately some of them are a bit noisy due to a ventilator in the backyard (when my first room was a little noisy I asked whether I could have another one, but unfortunately that one was still a bit worse than the first one; it was not too noisy to sleep, but if you have a light sleep, it is somewhat inconvenient). |

Generally staff were helpful and friendly Great location and quiet There is always an umpleasant smell of cooking fat on entry to the hotel. This doesn't really go with the scented candles and 'spalike' atmospher ethey are trying to create. The hotel website advertises that they use a particular brand of toiletries. They don't! Most inconvenient. |

the location was best. On 2nd place the bathroom , it was nice to have a bath and good working shower- Do not like being misleaded in thinking this was a "boutique" hotel ; it has a nice looking reception , with only simple budget rooms. Nothing fancy and thus to expensive. Also they mentioned on the site they use AVEDA products in the bathroom , this was not true. Also first time i had the cleaning lady eat my leftover chocolates and throw away half empty personal products! |

A very contemporary and cool hotel. Perfect location as we didn't need to get the underground anywhere, we just walked. Lovely rooms and continental breakfast was really good too. Would definitely stay again. |

My husband enjoyed the breakfast - I only have coffee in the morning. We both enjoyed the facilities in the library . Also, the Manager was very helpful in trying to find an alternative to a shower over the bath as I had recently had my hip replaced and found the bath dangerous with no grab-handles. When we requested a second chair it was supplied speedily I found it extraordinary that absolutely minimal requirements like a lavatory brush and sanni-bags for women should not be available in the bathroom, while body lotion etc was. It was lucky we brought scissors or we would not have had access to the soap; Also one of the main reasons we chose your hotel was that it said on the site we used for the booking that it had a "seating area". |
