We couldn't get breakfast!
The lovely colours and modern feel
Breakfast recommendations Poor service in the bar Bed in the middle of the room Weird 'wings' on the bed Limited TV channels
Location is great
The extremely expensive car parking facilities
The location, modern room design and very helpful cleaning staff
The crazy cost for 2 G&Ts!
The funky bedrooms
As always in hotels, poor wifi but better than many and at least it's simple and free of charge
Genersl design and feel of the place
Not a bad point but if you are on the third floor and face out the front off the hotel there is a work space level to you and our room had floor to ceiling windows and on work days when people are in the office you will have to keep blinds down because they. Can see everything!! Office is empty on weekends :)
The hotel has a great location. 5mins from the beach. Situated right in the little streets with all the cafes and restaurants. Hotel staff amazing friendly and helpful with car park options. Room was amazing. Had the superior double. Very spacious and modern/up to date. Very comfortable :D
I banged my shin on the protruding curve of the bed a few times.
Access - car park not easy to enter unless you park elsewhere first, walk back to the hotel and then book in - only then can you use a pin code. It would have been better if there had been a buzzer or intercom at the entrance. The car park can be quite tricky to manoeuvre around.
central location friendly staff odd mix between the Starship Enterprise and Austin Powers love lounge
Bed far too small. Wifi code didn't work. Kettle didn't work until I wiggled the plug. Toilet door ridiculous..almost no privacy after a night on the beer and Thai food!! You needed to be tyrion from game of thrones to use room mirror.
Very stylish. Great service. Centrally located. Great bar.
Put up bed kept on breaking which was annoying as costing £30 a night. Lack of parking. Shower and toilet were very modern but lacked privacy
The hotel was very funky and modern. Great location
I loved the relaxed atmosphere great location and hight standard quirky accommodation- we will be back when the grandparents can look after our little girls again
No room service had to get breakfast and take it up which for the price was not great. Room no warmth just functional.
Location fab Cleanliness fab Some staff lovely
The only issue was that the cable for the speakers to connect your your phone to play music did not work at first but they did give us a new one.
Layout and decor of the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and tidy upon arrival.
Couldn't fault the experience
Brilliant location in the centre of Brighton, friendly staff, comfortable and well furnished room (the bright colour scheme is a matter if taste), lots of high quality places to eat nearby
The music system and tap didn't work in one of the rooms. Didn't pack dressing gowns as website stated they were supplied however none in either room. one of our rooms was definitely a bit 'tired' looking, perhaps due a refurb soon?
Large, bright, modern well equipped rooms, pleasant reception area, great coffee shop, lovely staff. Lovely toiletries in bathrooms (no baths), very quiet in rooms
I was short of armchair or sofa. Bathroom small and basic. No breakfast included.
Perfect location in the center of town. No problem with wifi. Nice staff. Air-conditions/heating.
The price of the room was a bit much for what you got, all it was, was a bed a telly with like 4 channels the others didn't work and you had to pay for everything in the room! I paid 160 for 1 night and had to pay an extra 30 for parking I just think it was to much but oh well thanks for the stay
The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you
style of the room especially the bath room
the bar add on a pound per drink as a tip
Keep loosing WiFI
Central to everything
It was nice hotel and I would go back
The style of hotel , decor very modern and funky. Room clean and well equipped. Mini bar with extras was a pleasant surprise.
Couldn't open the windows
Really nice room. liked the little touches such as complementary fresh milk in the fridge. The mini bar was not as expensive as some places I have stayed in. Cant beat the location for a stay in Brighton. Great Cocktails
