friendly staff ,size of hotel and location . Easy for a solo traveller Food in the evening is poor and not good value .Have tried it a few times and will not do so again Loud music in the morning in the breakfast room makes it unrelaxing ..

Nice Hotel but breakfast very expensive for what they give (15 pounds) Eggs, bacon etc.... extra charge. English breakfast in England for around 20 pounds is too much. Very good location,

Location is excellent directly between South Kensington and Sloane Square tube stations. Convenient 5 minute walk to Kings Road. Comfortable but typical London sized room. Friendly helpful front desk staff. Free wifi

Large comfortable bed. Aircon blew straight on to bed therefore creating a draught. Could give neck/back aches.

This was a lovely little hotel in an excellent location. My room was small but very clean and with nice decor. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate when compared to other places in London. I will stay in this hotel again when working in London.

Stayed for 6 nights in late July. The hotel is very nicely decorated and impecably clean. Friendly staff. Great location in Chelsea, only a few blocks away from South Kensington underground station. Would definitely stay again. A little pricey.

I booked a superior double room overnight, although I was a single visitor,in my experience single rooms are usually too small, although I must admit I didnt see yours. My room was lovely,well thought out nice decor and very clean and lots of space.I Didnt eat or use the bar but it looked very inviting. I would certainly use your hotel again if I need to be in that area.

The bar in the hotel is nice for meeting people, the coffee is excellent! Free internet The room I had this visit was fairly small - but I have had better on other occasions.

The staff were efficient and very helpful. I left some cream /make up in the room and they had it 2 days later .I did not expect it back A small child in the bar/restaurant in the evening and she was quite well behaved but it was a little annoying !

I was upgraded from my booked single to a superior double - a lovely surprise.The room was warm and cozy and the bathroom a delight. I ate at friends' for dinner - but the breakfast was delicious - perfect coffee, juices, fruit, smoked salmon, eggs and more. I had my netbook with me and so the free wifi was great - but there were computers in the "library" for anyone to be able to check emails etc for free.Every member of staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - I don't have a single negative thing to say!
