Very helpful staff. Junior suite provides plenty of room to relax.
We really enjoyed our 4-day stay in Mychelsea hotel. We were 3 persons, including our 9 year-old son. Hotel is situated 1 min walking from the Fulham road and 5 mins walking from the kings road in the heart of Chelsea. South Kensington tube is 5 mins walking. The neighborhood is amazing and very quite, therefore, we enjoyed our night sleep. Free wifi is always useful.
Rooms are not so big but you don't need to stay for long on the hotel when you are in London.
The first time in 5 years I visit London with my girlfriend on a highly recommended "my hotel" Chelsea, I am spoken to with great disrespect from a senior manager, to whom I'm simply asked in the kindest manor .... Hello, do you have any mints?. Most places either at the bar or when your leaving the Resturant sometimes have mints as they have sweets for children too. The managers response was " it's not a shop!" Spoken in such a condescending way in front of the whole Resturant. He then said "if you want a shop, goto a shop" obviously he lacks the very basics of customer service and clearly believes his wages are paid for in some other way, other than the contributing near £200 per night I spent. I decided to check out the morning after even though I'm staying in London for a few days. Thank you to those who did present themselves with the very basics of manors. Little did they know I hold a royal warrant for services to the queen.
Very good location. Close to tube and restaurants.
Lift didn't work - we got stuck in it twice despite feeding back to management the first time. WiFi was very difficult to keep working. Staff called us twice mistaking our room for another customer ( once at 6.15am).
Location, Friendster staff, very help full
Hotel was very clean and staff were nice.
Nightly rate was a bit more expensive than we're used to paying, but the hotel was well located for the activities we had planned.
Extensive renovations taking place which I was not told about when booking.
Great Little Hotel right in the heart of Chelsea, huge comfy bed, excellent value for money, quiet and convenient. ( ideal if you want to visit Restaurant Gordon Ramsey half a mile away £5 in the Taxi ). Will use this Hotel again when in London
We loved it all.
I would prefer more space in the room...
Staff very efficient, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay.
Our room had an unpleasant smell and then we discovered the floor of our bedroom was wet. They moved us to another room which was extremely dusty and poorly lit.
Good location, 7 minutes from South Kensington tube station, large rooms, quite and beautiful neighbourhood, very nice staff and good value for money. Recommend !
Some renovation works in the lobby during my visit, due to finish within a month or less.
The staff was friendly BREAKFAST VERY VERY GOOD
Some rooms are extremely small
Overall we were very satisfied. The location is excellent. Staff accommodating and courteous. The room comfortable, clean and spacious.
Excellently located, comfortable hotel, with very helpful staff.
Noise from neighbouring rooms and from the street can be a bit of a bother.
Absolutely spotless. Furnishings fresh and well maintained
Room was rather small
Situated in the heart of beautiful Chelsea it is close to King's Road & Harrods (shopping) but also to nice pubs and parks. Also nicely decorated. The restaurant is on the elevated ground floor (i.e. unlike other hotels where you eat in the basement) - the choice for both breakfast & dinner is really nice & the Italian staff (= true Italian cuisine) is very friendly. I had room 39 to the back overlooking other houses/gardens/terraces - it was hence quiet.
Location was good, hotel room was cosy (junior suite), very clean.
Great location. Staff was very helpful. Would return on our next trip
Nothing to dislike
great location, helpful staff
small room, no double glazing windows. look for a room to the backside!
A relaxed but smoothly run hotel, with super staff. Great location; museums in one direction, King's Road in the other. Comfortable suite (Room 14) with huge bed and pleasant seating area.
Fantastic spacious room Quietness of room Closeness to transport and restaurants.
Comfy bed Nice shower
Room was very stuffy Smaller than i assumed No breaksfast included in the price which i think is pretty poor. Making sure the bathroom blind is down whilst having to use the toliet and shower otherwise you are overlooked by other buildings which is somewhat embarassing if you don't realise.
