Baren skal have åbent i de annoncerede tider og ikke lukke 1 time før. Det beskedne udbud i baren skal suppleres hurtigere, eks. ginflasken må altså ikke forblive tom i 3 dage. I det hele taget: lidt mere parathed på de små daglige serviceelementer. |

the room was very clean reception welcoming room very small and. the window was not double glazing so could hear everything from the street. and as it was a windy night the window was extremely noisey. had to put a towel from bathroom around window to stop in rattling. did ask reception if there were more rooms available but inable to help said hotel was full. |

Easy to find, very kind staff, very clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast is basic: milk/coffe/tea/toast/cheese/ham/jams. Nothing fresh. It is a good 3-star but certainly not a 4-star as advertised. |

It is located close to central area and shopping centers. Yes, there was a serious problem with water,since water ran out many times while I was taking a shower and really that dissappointed me. Also, I had bad experience with the elevator since I had been trapped for 10 minutes. However, I was happy to reside in London and in this hotel and I respect its kindly staff.Also, I will recommend it to my friends when they go there. |

The location is good. Breakfast was served politely and it was tasty. I'll recommend the hotel to my friends. One morning shower wasn't working properly. |

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. In general, the hotel room provides the facilities that meet the ordinary needs. One of the merit of this hotel is that of its very convenient location. |

distance from Paddington station was great, nice little room, perfect for a quick overnight stay, the staff was helpful with suggestions about the area and in supplying additional needs for the room, good food & drink nearby The beds aren't the best for those of us with back problems, very cramped breakfast room--I was glad we're rather petite, but I knew to expect these things from the reviews. Worth it for the price and location for our purpose--overnight between train & airport |

it needs renovation. Noise was coming from plumbing and heater in the middle of the night. You could hear other people walking. A lot of wind was coming from the window. We asked for a non smoking room but in the room there was a very strong smell of smoke. |

The location was perfect so close to everything, pubs restaurants ect... The rooms were very small which would be expected in London, but there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room which was very disappointing. Also when checking in the receptionist didnt seem to know what she was doing but the man looking after us checking out was lovely. |

Mi respuesta anterior y buena relación cálidad precio. Sin embargo mi hermano en el mismo hotel, su habitación era excesivamente pequeña. Se encontraban algo incomodos. La nuestra(mi marido y yo) estaba bien. El desayuno podría haber sido más variado, pero no estaba mal. |

E' aperto 24 ore su 24. La colazione era porprio risicata e di scarsa qualità, la stanza era nel sottointerrato ed era per 4 persone, in sostanza quella che gli avanzava nonostante avessi prenotato una camera doppia. |

La situación del hotel es ideal, no es nada ruidoso por lo que se descansa estupendamente, las habitaciones tienen el espacio reducido pero la limpieza es muy buena y son confortables. El desayuno le falta algo de fruta y yogur pero el cafe esta buenísimo, (tiene lo básico). El personal es muy simpático y agradable, en pocas palabras volvere |
