Quality of food. Good evening meal. Great quiet location Very friendly staff. Good beers on tap. Comfy bed.
Cleanliness of bedroom and hospitality tray. Plus number of light bulbs not working in bedroom!
The atmosphere was very relaxed. The food was good and reasonably priced. Felt at home.
Having to leave.
Wish I had the chance to like something.
Manager called me at 2.15pm on the day of checking in to say they were overbooked! They found me alternative accomodation near-by but it was more expensive. Poor organisation.
well run and efficient. Good food
Gorgeous pub in a gorgeous village. Delicious food at both dinner and breakfast. Character filled rooms. Lots of friendly locals. Was a real find and a great way to finish our UK holiday.
friendly good size bedroom with comfortable beds, excellent food and highly recomended
Staff were very accommodating for our late check in.
Nothing a problem Charlie and boo were very friendly meals were huge and tasty can't say a bad thing will recommend to all our Aussie friends
They introduced other hotel "the crown" to us.
we could not stay the hotel since they had no our booking document and no vacancy. Their registration desk was in pub and anybody can access the desk. You should not introduce this hotel to customers since inportant informations of customers such as credit numbers can be easily taken by wrong-mind persons.
Friendly host. Took time to chat to us.Room spacious and comfortable.Lemon Sole was delicious. All the food was.
Nothing to dislike
friendly staff, food was great,
the only thing we noticed was the carpets in the guest section needed cleaned or replaced...and again, this was very minor in the scale of things....
Excellent value for money Excellent food Warm and friendly atmosphere Charlie is a very good host Very attractive traditional country pub/restaurant Would definitely recommend this place
Lack of wardrobe to hang our clothes but wouldn't stop me from staying again
very friendly clean quality food.
A very nice place to eat, food was very good. Comfy bed.
Excellent friendly staff and food
The location is great, set in a beautiful small village, but with easy access to the M4 corridor. The Neeld Arms is an old pub with friendly accommodating owners. Best of all is the food - the restaurant is well worth trying out.
Not much to dislike really - the shower room floor was usable but in need of repair, having had a water leak shortly before we arrived (as was explained on our arrival). I would expect this to have been fixed not long after our departure.
Very friendly and helpful,I only had a flying visit, but would have liked more time to enjoy the stunning area. Many thanks Ps... So good to have a piping hot bath.....
It's a traditional pub with a comfortable room, good beer and good food. Owners were helpful and friendly.
having to leave!
Food was delicious. Staff very welcoming. Cosy, comfy surroundings. Peaceful nights rest.
Could have been a little more in the way of complementary toiletries. Broken window in bedroom, but room was at least still cosy!
Lovely traditional pub with excellent food and beer. Good rooms with nice and professional staff
Third stay here, the landlord and landlady are great, the food is excellent especially the posh bread n butter n pudding. Real ales and kept well. The location is very quiet and only a short drive to Castle Combe and other villages. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable rooms.
Limited menu choice for vegetarians.lack of toiletries in bathroom.
Felt very welcome. We were looked after very well from local info to booking a taxi nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfast.
Over the bath shower not brilliant, but certainly not a problem.
Size of the penthouse suite and general comfort and cleanliness
Having to wait 20 minutes for the landlord to show up because I arrived out of pub hours (opens 5.30)
