The hotel was most comfortable and thought the service was great. An excellent cooked breakfast was also provided.
the staff, very friendly and helpful
Clean, modern and comfortable.
Staff exceptionally friendly. Room was good value for money. Clean.
Ease of check in. Comfort of room.
Unsure how safe parking would be as not specifically for hotel guests
Breakfast was excellent!
Appearance from the road is actually the back of the hotel and is a bit offputting.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room had a beautiful view of the Firth, comfortable beds and nice clean bathroom. The breakfast included with the room was a pleasant surprise. We weren't expecting the full English breakfast buffet at all and the service was excellent. It was nice to have a table waiting for us each morning. The location was excellent for walking the town and we were able to find it without any trouble.
The window didn't open far enough to get some air in at night, a fan would have been nice, although I think we were there during some unusually hot weather for the area.
Rooms were not very sound proof
situation magic just near town
Good value for money, close to the city centre, free parking and good food. Very helpful staff, beautiful garden.
Garden was great. Good modern bathroom facilities. Friendly staff.
External entrance is a bit gloomy and does not reflect the internal quality. I tried the WiFi and it didn't work, but I wasn't bothered - This needs to be something that is just there, like tap water.
Friendliness of most of the staff.
Everything was good, especially the friendliness of the maitre d' and the 'breakfast lady'. However the 'waiter' in the restaurant, although efficient seemed harassed and whilst not rude, wasn't very friendly.
Staff were friendly and the food was excellent.
Central location Friendly staff Lovely room and breakfast
Location Wi fi Bar and restaurant facilities
Staff went out of there way to accommodate all my needs for my cycle ride.
FOOD WAS GOOD, ROOM LOVELY AND CLEAN, AND STAFF WERE EXCELENT
Friendly welcome, and it just improved from then on. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
the garden, and the closeness to the town centre and station - our main reason for staying in Wick.
it was dingy!
The staff are fantastic, really helpful and can't do enough to help you
Staff friendly and helpful. Meals were good. Bar was friendly .
It is an older facility and so our room was smaller than we would have liked. Bathroom had been nicely redone however
Excellent service from beginning to end.Everything you needed including being able to have evening meal at the Hotel.Top class - will be back.
The room was nice and clean. The people were very friendly.
