“ Our group really enjoyed Sue and Johns warm welcome. The accommodation was very comfortable, plus breakfast substantial enough until 3 pm! The location was perfect, with lovely vistas of fields, and farm life. ”

Very comfortable accommodation with absolutely everything provided- a home from home. Delicious breakfast. Lovely views over the Ax valley. Close to Lyme Regis and all the other picturesque seaside villages. Excellent pub close by with great food. Sue and John made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble

The studio was very well designed.Very clean and warm.John and Sue we're very friendly hosts.The breakfast was served on time and very generous portions.The bed had a memory foam mattress and was so comfortable,the best bed we have slept in whilst away from home. There wasn't anything we didn't like .

Friendly and relaxed, great room and facilities, made to feel welcome, looked after and put at ease. Good advice to go to the Hunter's Lodge for a nearby supper - sumptous. Excellent cooked breakfast and within minutes of Lyme Regis, River Cottage canteen and beautiful countryside. Perfick.

We loved the studio room, our hosts John & Sue were great. We felt that nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delivered to us at a time of our choosing. The area is very peaceful and quiet and there is a lovely pub at the top of the road.

Clean, comfortable bed, lovely shower room, extremely well equipped, open log fire and yes you can use it! quiet situation, beautiful views. Breakfast is fab and hosts are flexible with time it is served and very attentive to your requirements. Not really a negative but room we stayed in was called the snug because of its size and this was made perfectly clear prior to us booking. If you are claustrophobic it wouldn't be good. However although small it is perfectly formed comfy and extremely well equipped.
