The apartment has the necessary facilities, coupled with a nearby supermarket makes it a good value for money.
Location Ease of Booking
Too small a bed Windows don't shut fully
Great location, clean and value for money.
The room was very tired and needed some attention.
24 hour desk. Pleasant, helpful staff.
Location, staff,value for money
Very good 2 bedroom apartment for a 1 night stay for 3 people. Room number 173. Very close walking to the Museums and various restaurants. A nice small Sainsbury's close by to get the essentials. The beds were comfortable and the bedding very clean and crisp white.
The bathroom was small and needed a bit of TLC but again ok for 1 night stay. The living/kitchen area was particularly small and if you had 2 adult couples then definitely not enough room, especially if you were staying more than 1 night and you wanted to stay in and cook your own meal.
the location was really good No frills. we got what we expected. fabulous views
the lack of free wifi
Location. Price good value. Good for a short stay.
Just a bit shabby. Plus towels in short supply, and thin.
Sheets were dirty things were broken not nice
The privacy & discreetness you have while you are there . There is a 24 hour petrol station next door so as well as a sainsbury that opens until late. A club downstairs which is cute .even a beauty salon. It's cool that there is a big reception. And the room has a bath & a washing machine
You have to pay for wi-fi which is really slow, my room had no blinds so either closed curtains or window show lol
Very cooperative staff. And, an upgrade was greatly appreciated.
No free wifi.
cosy, good space, walk in closet in master bedroom of the 2 bed, within walking distance to knight bridge and south kensington
no free wifi, kitchen didn't have oven, only hobs and microwave.
Location is a 5-10 min walk to Sth Kensington tube station, so worked well as a base for us. We have stayed in that area on previous occasions. The apartments were nicely cleaned/serviced each day.
Overall, we thought these apartments (we rented two for our family) were average: they need a coat of paint; have a musty smell; have the world's slowest elevators; wi-fi is expensive (we frequented Starbucks down the road when we needed wi-fi); have uncomfortable beds; and not very friendly reception staff. The brass sign out the front says "luxury" serviced apartments, but we think "luxury" is overstating it somewhat.
We stayed in a two bedroom flat for two nights over a weekend. The location is amazing, we never used the car and walked to the kings road, Knightsbridge and the museums. The flat is not huge but this is Central London and it was big enough and everything was clean and worked.
The TV only had limited channels which were mostly foreign and now a days I expect free wifi really. Car parking is also expensive but we managed to park in the parking meter bays outside.
Excellent location. Very pleasant staff. Up grade gave us plenty of room and proved relaxing. Great value for money.
Slightly tatty in places. Heating a little too warm for us. Showers in both bathrooms need attention.
Nothing but the position was fine
I dint like anything but the position of the hotel
Clean and tidy. Could not hear any noise from other users of. Chelsea cloisters.
The bathroom needed a spruce up. The windows were single glazed so was draughty and very noisy from traffic all night. No complimentary tea and coffee or milk.
Bed was really comfortable, the lobby was really nice and clean. Nice location. We got upgraded from a hotel room to a 1 bed apartment
The two bathrooms where really cramped. Walls are very thin.
These serviced apartments are in a fabulous location between South Kensington and the Kings Road
Very small lifts Very long corridors Kitchen and bathroom very small and quite basic
Unfriendly staff and fair hygiene
- The staff are very friendly and makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in. - The location is excellent, away from the noise but still within walking distance from the underground and all main facilities (grocery shop, ATM, pharmacy and various restaurants) are just around the corner. - The flat is large, cozy and well furnished. - I stayed during January and the heating was excellent, not sure about the A/C as it would be a major thing in summer but I'd expect it to be just as good as the heating.
- The lack of WiFi (but not a big deal)
We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit on the 7th floor which was both quiet and very spacious with 2 bedrooms. It had 2 bathrooms and a walk in wardrobe. Fabulous. And the cost was very reasonable for London and the area.
The kitchen was very small with limited ability to cook. No oven and only a microwave and two hotplates. Also there was no WiFi available at all (even for a price) and no business centre, which was a bit of a surprise given the size of the facility.
The apt was great everything was clean and kitchen was amazing stocked to cook... Location was awesome.. The Gaucho restaurant was amazing , Argentinian beef was so good, Manager Tom so helpful..
Noise from the steet
location, value for money
the wonderful window view from the 8th floor
the staff pay no attention to your needs and you do not receive any support as a client of the hotel
