The location was excellent. Accomodation was clean. Although the accomodation was very very small, had everything else been ok it would have represented good value for money. Noise from a boiler or generator kept us awake most of night, as did light streaming in through kitchen window. No door on kitchen to block out light and fridge noise. Bed uncomfortable, could feel springs in mattress. Electric towel rail control falling to pieces.

The views and the location to kings road, very central, and convenient. The broken draughty windows, must be really. Cold in the winter, smacks of ex local authority, with dated fittings, shabby bathroom, could do with complete makeover.

I enjoyed seeing from my well appointed window on the seventh floor Aircrafts approach the Heathrow Airport to make their landing, as well as proximity to the many eating places. Guests who would not sleep as it were and night and their many door bangings.

Great location, 3 blocks from South Kensington tube stop. Our one-bedroom apt. was roomy for the three of us; our adult daughter slept on a fold-out in the living room, which was not quite comfortable. The flat had a bath and a half and a fully equipped kitchenette. The view from our flat was fantastic: the London skyline was especially lovely at night. There is a Sainsbury a few doors down and of course Chelsea is a lovely neighborhood. In all, it is a great value for the location and we would stay there again. Staff were helpful when we had questions but not at all welcoming or more than civil. They could use some lessons in customer relations.

the hotel is within walking distance of South Kensington Underground/Piccadilly line allowing easy access to Covent Gdn etc. A good enough place to lay your head but not much else The entrance to Chelsea Cloisters is lovely but once you get past that the remaining place needs an uplift. The room (141) we had had seen better days.

Location: quite and prestigious district, very close and easy to find from nearest tube, close to V&A, Science Museum and Kensington Gardens. 20-30 minutes walk to Stamford bridge (Chelsea FC). Food store just around the corner. Inside: 2 bedroom apartment was great with all necesary home appliances. Staff: friendly and helpful. All problems solved fast Interior: shabby. Locks: difficult to lock the apartment, so it's very loudy, especially at night when neighbours are coming back and it's frightening at night (it looks like somebody is triying to get into your apartment). Noisy: it looks like partitions are very thin, and audibility is great (see above on locks as well). Home appliances: some of them were not working welll (owen and electric stove).

Our stay at Chelsea Cloisters started off with us arriving at 2pm, as requested, only to be told to wait in the foyer with many other people. We were eventually taken into the office where we were told that the accommodation we had booked 2 months ago was no longer available. We were a group comprising 2 families and we had made sure the type of accommodation would mean none of the children had to sleep alone. What was offered meant that two of the children had to sleep without an adult. We then went to the apartments to find 2 of them had an overwhelming smell of smoke also the drawers contained several items of dirty clothes. We were allowed to change the dirty apartment but then were on different floors. As they are apartments we were informed they are not bound by the no smoking rules. We eventually got settled at 4pm which meant it was too late to visit the Natural History Museum which we had planned as we had to go straight to the West End for our show. The lady in the office said that she would inform the manager of our problems and he would contact us the following week. Despite a letter from us the following week we have heard nothing

Location and 24h reception were the plus points. Definitely VFM for such a location. Staff was helpful and nice. Rooms were run down, a lick of paint would make a difference and new silicon in the bathroom. Carpet looked pretty shabby too.

The staff at the Cloisters were outstanding, particularly Anya (sic) in the letting office who went out of her way to help us with our stay. The location is only 5 minutes walk from the underground and shops etc very close by. Overall an excellent stay. The room was great although the bathroom facilities were a little dated. Unfortunately we had an inner facing room rather than street facing however we weren't in London to sit in the room and look out the window so this wasn't an issue.

I think the only good thing I can say is the location is very close to tube, shopping and restaurants and it was nice having the stove top and mini oven. Very old, in much need of up grading. Staff wasn't very friendly. Washing machine is a joke took 4 hours to do a load of wash. Bed was very uncomfortable (hard)

It is very central Based on our experience as a family, plus, that of others booking in which we witnessed, they sell families a two bedroomed apartment so you can all be together. However, when you come to book in, they then tell you they do not have one free, resulting in families being split up. we ended up on floor 9 and floor 6, lucky for us our children are 13 and 17, but we witnessed this happen to a family whose children were very young. plus, the apartment's are often tired looking.
