Helpful staff. Door lock stiff. Toilet flush poor. Shower/taps valve sticking. Bad mattress. Lumpy pillows. Woken at 1.30 am by loud incessant high-pitched electronic noise coming from outside; phoned reception who said it would go off in about 3 or 4 hours (!); thought to come from telephone exchange; this was apparently a regular occurrence.

The location of Chelsea Cloisters is perfect for my purposes. I accomplished much in a short period of time. I prefer it to a hotel as the rooms have a small kitchen to make breakfast or any other meal and wash clothes. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The maid service was excellent and my room was pleasantly warm. Unfortunately, room 410 boasts a very ancient t.v.which only received one station! Two separate complaints were required before I was able to watch 4 terrestrial channels. They need to upgrade urgently!

Location attracted me The time I arrived I seen that nothing was as was shown at pictures. Rooma small, poor furnishing, almost dirty and very old at everything. I chose to lose money and leave the apartment to go elsewhere so I did not have to spoil my holidays due to accommodation.

The way in which the prices have gone up - I paid £30 more than this time last year and that is why we have stayed here far less than last year during the autumn (4 less visits)

Very nice hotel in the centre of London. 5 min to the tube station, 10 minutes to Albert Hall/Hyde park., 15 min to Harrods. Studio wasn't that big, but it has a kitchen with all cooking facilities, including dishes, a washing mashine and a bathroom. In whole we are much satisfied with the hotel quite a small room

Handy to shopping and tube as well as room to move. We were on the 7th floor which was good as could be noisy lower down. Long walk with bags along narrow corridors with heavy fire doors to many of the rooms.

The letting office and the front desk staff are excellent and very friendly. Originally we booked a studio, but when we arrived we found the studio too small to fit ourselves and our luggage, so we paid extra to upgrade. The apartment hotel is under extensive renovation and there is construction noise, we had to move 3 times to get comfortable, but in the end we got it right.

Location. Decent sized bathrooms compared to the room., Studio rooms are meant to be small but having to move the bed and the table to open the wardrobe is like a joke.Water coming in from the windows.

The location was very convenient The fridge had been left shut and stank! This meant we were unable to use it. The double bed had to be the most uncomfortable bed in the world, it felt like it was going to collapse at any moment. The apartment was far too hot due to the underfloor heating and the noise from air ducts outside made keeping the windows open awkward

Great location Not what was imagined. It has a bar / night club ( by membership ) ..... and the side we were staying on is on the main road ( sloane avenue ), so the loud talking by smokers from the club could not let us sleep till 4:00 am. It is also dubiously known in London as a "pick up" joint !!

Nothing. I had a reservation for a one bedroom appartment and at our arrival they wanted to gave us one studio. Luckily I had the print-out from booking.com and they caved-in. The guy at the reception kept saying" show me the proof that you made a reservation for a one bedroom". Eventually, we found it. Horrible. We were with our two and a half years old daughter. Imagine us in one small room. Everything, The toilet was "almost" defective. One must be very skilled in order to flush the toilet. We had to call for their plumbers. The windows were single pane! Room 133. Imagine the draft in this corner room when the wind is blowing in London. No heat and no instructions on how to start the heating system ( if any). Smell on the corridor is horrible. Smell of food mixed with cigarettes and old cigarettes butts. The furniture in the room is like the whole room was furnished from a garage sell. The sofa was defective ... wanna sit on it.... You'll end up with your feet in the air. The fire doors on the corridors are heavy, narrow and impossible to open when you have a luggage in the other hand and /or a child around. The fire doors in that hotel will act like a trap in case of a fire due to the exceptionally narrow corridor . Onestly, I'll check with the fire department at the City of London on that. Briefly, I'm a one pissed-off client of that hotel.

Very convenient location I asked for a room with two single beds but got one with one double bed. The bed was really uncomfortable. I think a better parking deal should be in place.
