Very poor beds and a all windows need replacement. Very displeased this was such a noisey hotel. Not worth it to stay there ...even with a "budget" mindset

Position handy for museums and underground. Shops and restaurants easily accessible. Room supposed to be for four people, only two dining chairs provided. Room supposed to be for four people but only one double bedroom and one single bedroom + bed settee in lounge that one person has to sleep on. This means that " spacious lounge" is not.

We arrived after a long journey, at 4.00p.m, believing from our confirmation paper that the room would be ready at 2.00p.m.. We were asked to take a seat in reception as our room was not ready. Although the staff were polite, we waited until 5.00 before we were able to get into our room. The corridors surrounding us stank of cigarette smoke. We had to be at our appointment at 9.30, but would have had to be out of our room by 10.00 anyway.

Staff efficient. Room a little difficult to reach (hotel takes up a large city block, so there was a walk from the elevator) but room was newly made-up, clean, well-organized, and quiet. Skylights (on 9th floor) and pocket door ro separate main room a plus, Kitchenette useful, though no regular oven and few utensils. Recently renovated. Maid service Monday-Friday. Payment arrangement awkward. Payment is upfront for entire stay, so recourse may be limited if room turns out to be undesirable. Carpet had a few stains, but this is getting picky.

Location was excellent. The bed was very old with loose springs, very uncomfortable. The bathroom desperately needs a rework, the taps are ancient, the kitchen can accommodate only one person to work in. It was not worth the price, very disappointed. No 24h buses in this route.

The location of the accommodation was excellent and made for easy commuting in London. Staff were very accommodating too in providing us with the appropriate rooms for the number of people. Staff assisted with room change and the rooms and room sizes were very good and comfortable. Confirmation of correct size of accommodation.

Location excellent. Staff nice and helpful. Last time we got a large studio while paying for a standard one. We did not know that we were being upgraded and took it for a standard. What a surprise when we arrived this time and saw the small studio. We asked for a bigger one and got one slighly bigger with a better view. Still you have to move the table and chairs if you wanted to open the wardrobe. We have booked well in advance and specifically asked for a non-smoking room, however both studios we were shown smelt of smoke.

I liked everything about the property. Number one amazing location, near both South Kensington and Sloane Square. The people who work there are helpful and friendly (in particular the doorman George.) The apartments are functional, and to be honest for the money more than you can expect for chelsea prices!! It is the perfect base in my opinion for a city stay, will be going again soon without doubt.

Very good location for access to the tube, with 3 lines passing through Sth Kensington. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. No basic food necessities supplied in the kitchen at all. Salt, pepper, butter, oil, coffee, tea, milk - nothing. Inadequate soap provided for two day's stay, let alone a week.

The little, fully equipped kitchenette enables one to whip up a quick meal in the evening and a decent breakfast in the morning, which is particularly good when traveling with kids. There's a Sainsbury just around the corner, which makes it even easier. It's 5 minutes' walk from South Kensington and Sloane Square stations, which is particularly handy when you need to use the Tube a lot. There are certain little things that can be improved. Doorhandles tend to get stuck or rattle, for instance. There was a leak from the roof after a particularly rainy day (top floor).

I chose this hotel as all other traditional hotels were booked in the Paddington and nearby areas. I was pleased with the location, the size and cleanliness of the room (which is actually an apartment). I normally stay in traditional hotels that offer amenities such as a fitness center and bar. This place being more of an apartment building does not offer those.

I liked the room which was clean and fresh, and the location. I got a room by the street, 2 floor, and it was very noisy which made it actually difficult to get a good sleep.I Asked to change the room in the morning but apparently and they said I should ask later. Apparently the office was closing at 9 o'clock pm so I could not get another room.

Great location. It has a washing machine /drier which was very useful and heated towel rail in the bathroom as well as a radiator in the main room. It was very warm.the night porters were very helpful and pleasant as we had to call them a few times to sort out a few minor problems. These are not luxury apartments as advertised. Very small - we had a studio and there was very little space to open a suitcase. The kitchen was superficially clean but the instructions for the convection/microwave were in a very grimy greasy folder and turned out to be for a completely different brand of oven.Edge strips were missing from the cupboards and had the overall shabby appearance. There were no instructions for the clothes washer. The crockery was chipped but was replaced. With a little more quality control with cleaning, maintenance and information it would be an excellent place to stay.

The location. The hotel did not meet our expecations not the description on your webiste. The staff were unhelpful . We had to ask for a room change as the door hit the bed and we couldnt even walk round the bed. In the second room the bed was so small my husband fell out of it - twice! The tv didn't work and was only replaced on our last night. Out of the five nights we stayed we were woken up on two nights by people trying to get into our room at 2 and 3 am. Then we were woken up every morning at 6am by workmen. No, we will not being going back.

The loctaion could not be improved. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room, although small, was clean and well appointed. I also found it useful having a kitchen so I could have breakfast in (there's a Sainsbury's across the road). All in all a very convenient, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay.

Not too far from the tube, really nice area, felt safe. The foyer is quite plush and shows this on the website then the room is very basic and a little shabby.
