Great location helpful staff, good facilities but a bit cramped

Lack of hot water! Showers only lukewarm

Convenient location with great museums within in walking distance and also near to underground train station. Comfortable and neat room. Well equipped kitchen.. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Chelsea Cloisters.

It's a nice clean apartment with friendly and efficient staff. Not too far from tube. We had a nice 10 days stay.

Some of the apartment is small but i guess that's quite normal for London hotels.

Within easy reach of V & A. Plenty of room. Good bars and restaurants on site

The room is very clean and the maid is very friendly.

Rooms are quite different from each other so you might need some luck to get a nice room.

Helpful staff. Privacy the flat was basic but the curtains in the lounge and bedroom were very old and dirty. Not of the standard you would expect. Bathroom was really small and very old. Very expensive, but the localcation is everything!

Rooms are tiny and you have to pay to get your towels changed.

Small Rooms, showers ok if your under 5' tall as they are over bath!

location between South Kensington and Sloane Square tube stations... and close to Kensington & Hyde Park they have a place to leave luggage for early booking middle of everything.. just walk out the door in any direction. staff very helpful tube does not run early Sunday morning to Heathrow... easy to book taxi through front desk

internet-wifi 30 pounds for 5 days dated needs upgrading especially bathroom and power points. hair dryer would be nice

Very small studio apartment but great location. We booked for the Chelsea Flower Show and it was a perfect location for that as well as close to shops. Good restaurants close by.

There are a draught in the room - some times it seems that windows are opened - can be very cold at night.

The location and proximity to the supermarket was outstanding. Virtually, all parts of London were 20 minutes from Chelsea Cloisters.Staff was reasonably responsive.

We had rented a one bedroom apartment and another studio apartment. The Studio apartment is really tiny. One can hardly move. Upkeep of the overall property left a lot to be desired.

i liked that the hotel had a car park very close and it was cheaper for hotel customers(even tho they lost our key!) the apartment was small but good enough. the room was clean and cheerful. this hotel was brilliant for chelsea flower show 8 min walk tops .

the light was out in the kitchen and i would of thought it could of been checked before we arrived . but nothing major there. the kitchen needed a few more utilities. i would of liked some tea and coffee sachets for when we arrived to make a cup each. the heating was on and it was like a sauna , i turned the radiator off but the bathroom wasnt controlable and i found it way too much.

slow to fix problems window opening on the inside heavy drape didn't make sense, made it hard to open window as it would hit it on the inside while trying to open told a view, of Hyde park, and room was at the back no view

Definitely not value for money, very over priced for a tiny room. Advertisement states all rooms have a view of the city or the street below, in fact 50% of the rooms face each other across an open space. It lacked privacy and was very noisy and tatty. We would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were very grateful it was for only one night.

It was a great location for the Chelsea Flower show. Close to the tube and good restaurants & shopping.

The rooms & bathrooms were a little tired but very clean.

Decor definitely needed a make over and loose covers on sofa and chair shabby and ? Grubby too. Bed very small double

Location for us was perfect - as Chelsea Flower Show Exhibitors It was clean and bright - compact but user friendly and had everything needed Windows that open and heating you can control Shower and bath - treat Supermarket handy next door Booked in advance with Booking.com - so no payment taken until arrival - which is great !'

Couldn't work out the combination oven /microwave .. but thats just me !
