The price of the rooms were good and size. Staff were very welcoming.
We was right over the kitchen and a generator went off and on all night, the lamp didn't work, and option of more pillows would be nice and bigger quilts. Food wasn't that good steak was tough and grissle
Nice room, comfy bed, clean bathroom and plenty of towels, coffee etc.
couldn't work the TV
Good location and staff very helpful
Very noisy room and hard beds
Excellent value for money. Good restaurant on site.
Had everything you needed: bed, bathroom, food and receptionist.
Location wasn't too bad, but for the price, it seemed like it would be closer to somewhere like York. Breakfast was awful. There was not a great range of things to choose from so I had to have pastry, although the pastry was nice.
We would now use more
Easy to find Very clean and comfortable Food good value for money
Lighting in the room not great Bigger towels please
Everything was fine
The room was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tea making facilities and biscuits .
As we are a couple it would have been nice to have flexibility to push beds together. The wi fi signal was terrible all the time which was very frustrating and not good for business guests. The restaurant could be better ; coffee at breakfast was horrible and portions not great.
staff were fantastic couldn't have been more friendly and helpful location was ideal nice and peaceful at night spacious rooms ...would definately make it my first choice in the future
Great friendly staff - booked taxis to take us back into town to gig venue. Nice rooms with decent brew making facilities. Reasonably priced breakfast that was very pleasant indeed
Quite a bit out of town on edge of industrial estate. Big wasp nest outside front door meant lots of wasps flying around which us never nice. Staff assured us it was being dealt with.
My son and i were given a warm welcome and given a secure place to leave our cycles. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good nights rest.
Wifi was not working.
The staff were excellent, friendly and willing to help. Great facilities for the children, food excellent, great quality, choice and value. Pub and restaurant were friendly, a good atmosphere.
That children under 10 eat for free and the staff where kind
While staying at the well wishing hotel we was moved three times as the 1st room was not cleaned even though we was told it had been.the second room the lights didn't work the third room was ok apart from it was not 100% clean. The bed was made up of two single beds and the quiet was not big enough for the bed. We also found the room too hot and could not open the windows
breakfast was great. Hot cooked good and full continental options. Lots of tea and coffee and as much toast as you wanted. Staff were all very friendly.
Rooms are a bit basic and the bed was on castors which moved every time you sat on it.
The toilet had a smell. This was constant and it permeated the whole room if the toilet door was kept open. I would like to say that the toilet was however clean, so I couldn't quite figure out where the smell was coming from. The internet worked fine the first night we were there, but didn't work the next day.
The very friendly lady on reception who was later in the bar area, excellent customer skills very pleasant lovely lady made us very comfortable. Slept very well, excellent facilities. Would definately recommend and return xx Had an excellent stay even though just 1 night.
Location great for visiting relatives
Hotel is badly in need of reburb. Shower broken, window catch broken, rust on toilet roll holder. Generally run down. Didn't bother to stay for breakfast, couldn't wait to leave.
All in facility for the traveler... we were touring on motorcycle - ideal stop, everything was under the one roof.
Bed a bit too soft and squeaky for liking. One night stay so can't complain.
Nice staff, good service, hotel ok for what we needed it for we just stayed over one night as we was meeting up with family in bubwith so it was nearest hotel.
The had basin tap came off in my hand. The toilet wouldn't flush apart from that all was well with the room.
Nice room.good parking.easy to find
Food not wonderful.
Friendliness and helpfullness of staff. Value for money. Close to the motorway. Great place for families .
Even though we had a fan provided for us in the room it was very warm. Bathroom was generally ok but could do with a thorough clean and maybe an air freshener .
the room was dirty, bedding was worn carpet stained just felt dirty
Excellent facilities for children Staff friendly and efficient and dealt with our complaint in a businesslike manner Good breakfast if a little slow in arriving
We booked an executive suite which was generally of good standard. However one of the window curtains was hanging off the rail and the shower curtain was in a similar condition. Also the TV was not working on the morning of our check out
Goos car parking
My daughters complained about their room door not locking as they were going out in the afternoon. They were assured that it would be fixed immediately. When they returned late in the evening it was still not fixed.
