breakfast is very good, location wise its so close to curry mile, easy access to city centre.

Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious. Staff was excellent.

Shower was a bit fussy.

Good location near the university and hospitals

The receptionist barely spoke English, the room was very sparsely furnished with no table and no pictures

Convenient for concert event at Ethihad Stadium. Manager couldn't have been more helpful. Having phoned to tell him we were arriving later than intended due to traffic problems, he had a taxi wating so that we didn't miss the start of the concert. At the end of the concert our pre-ordered taxi failed to turn up and the manager again sorted out a taxi to get us back to the hotel. 10/10!

Considering the property and the price we found nothing to dislike

Excellent location for eating out and easy transport links into Manchester City centre. Local shops just a short walk away and surprisingly quiet being so close to a major city road. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was clean and comfortable.

Small thing but the water pressure in the shower was variable from reasonable to nothing at all but still workable.

Location. Being 2 minutes walk from Curry Mile was great. Being able to park in the hotel grounds. Breakfast included in the price.

Location near to student we were visiting. Shower worked well. Parking at the hotel was good.

Poor finish on rooms, noisy because not well insulated. Only one pillow each. Breakfast not well organised, coffee machine was broken and the staff had no idea what to do about it. On the web site it was not obvious that the owners do not like pork so no bacon or traditional sausage.

Geen bacon bij Engels ontbijt, zeer kleine kamer en matige douche. Ook voor de scherpe prijs een matige tent.

friendly, warm and comfortable. Generous breakfast and parking. Close to Rusholme restaurants and only £1.80 on the bus into the city :)

Thin wall and noisy. Bright lights outside the window hence unable to sleep well...

It was clean and warm.

Poor standard of decoration (damaged blinds, no curtains, no pictures on wall). Quality of breakfast. Not particularly friendly staff, but neither were they rude.

It was the right location for what I needed.

The night staff are noisy and there seems to be no sound proofing. The beds are so-so. All in all I got very little sleep. I don't care about the run-down appearance considering the price, but there's no point staying at a place where you can't get the sleep you need.

Plumbing a bit unsound, No sink Plug I reported the shower etc a bit late they did try to repair it but still not right. Sink plug although replaced did not still operate correctly Room Could do with a bit of redecorating but otherwise very good
