The services were super.
comfortable stay and valve for money
Staff very nice Spotlessly clean Breakfast Parking Everything really
Everything about this hotel I liked, staff, location, food, comfort and cleanliness
no air con or fan other than that nothing..............
Very friendly and polite staff. Free wifi.
The room was awful - damaged, peeling, dirty walls; no mirror in room; temperamental shower (no water on first three attempts); barely any light in bathroom; bedroom furniture looked like it had been picked up from a second hand shop; no curtains just thin white blinds; noise from hotel and street at all hours; tired looking mismatched towels, one brown, one blue with what looked like hair dye stains. Even the UHT milks for tea making were off. Such a shame as staff were lovely, but the roomwas awful.
Great service!! Nice guy on front desk over night very helpful and relaxed thumbs up
Walking distance from University Free car parking on site Friendly and helpful staff Room was clean
Quite basic and run down. Would have liked to know beforehand that the breakfast was Halal.
Riz on the evening absolutely brilliant. Friendly kind a real switched on business man. We watched Holland v's Argentina semi-final downstairs and Riz made us an amazing mint tea. Front dinning area looks out onto pleasant view even in the middle of Manchester. Appeared clean Value for money
Morning staff. Place suffers when Riz is not there. Breakfast although included was poor my quorn sausage was identical to my son's chicken sausage, croissant eventually arrived. Some confusion over order. Hotel looks like is has recently been taken over and money is being spent to refurbish bit by bit, so some things like ripped wallpaper and decorating will be done at some point. No curtains in bedroom, it had blinds but not sufficient to keep out morning sunlight. Noisy magpies but out of control of hotelier
The quality bedding and towels. The catering staff at breakfast
The old blind in the bedroom. The noisy neighbours (next house) in the morning and evening. Not terrible but a bit disruptive
Friendly and accommodating staff
staff were very helpful and accomodating. room basic but clean.
very noisy at night from neighbourhood with children and adults shouting till well gone 10pm . after exiting grounds of hotel, filthy roads, vomit, cans, food containers and food strewn all over roads, path and in park opposite.
Friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Nothing was too much trouble and so polite. Breakfast was fast and tasty and the towels were changed daily. We were going to a festival and they sorted out all out transport for us too, who may I add were a very friendly and reasonable taxi company! All in all amazing value.
That I had to come home!
The staff couldn't do enough for us, printed off maps, gave directions and very helpful with buses, trams etc. Rooms were very spacious although a little sparse. They were clean and had tea and coffee facilities
The noise at night, I hardly slept, cars racing around the crescent, police, people shouting and also a lot of noise from downstairs. Also a lot of moving cars around the car park....breakfast wasn't great, no pork products and not a huge amount on offer.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Helpful friendly staff. Location for transport, restaurants & University. Spacious room. Clean. Internet worked quite well.
Weather. The entire area has been completely taken over by Arabia, India, Pakistani culture that limited options. Breakfast has limited options. Doona very thick and hot!
there was no pork products for breakfast , there was alternatives for the sausage, but none for the bacon. if the hotel owners do not offer port products for breakfast then this should be stated when making a booking !!
Friendly helpful staff
Noise levels outstide hotel during the night
Staff helpful if any queries Breakfast had lots of options for the price included in the room rate it was very good. The whole hotel looked like it had recently been renovated. It was very clean with no carpets. Bed was v comfy.
It's not right in the city centre but it's in v reasonable walking distance. At night the main road appears safe if you are walking alone back but some is the streets around are v quiet and dark as it's suburban so need to be careful if walking alone. Not major issue and wouldn't stop me from booking again.
Hi, I spent in Park Crescent 4 fantastic days!! I have to say I was totally satisfied and I can recommend this place to everyone!! It's close to bus stop and on the other side is situated in the calmer street, rooms and another parts of hotel were clean and main thing: staff is fantastic and very nice!! Thank them again for everything!
Location very helpful staff
Room bare mousetraps in rooms no sink plug all a bit basic
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for where I had to work and Park Crescent was a pleasant place and quite peaceful, despite being near the hub of things.
The shower in room 4 came on for about 30 seconds and then there was no water for about 10 minutes and then later there was no water at all. It did this repeatedly - it was very frustrating. My only really complaint about the hotel.
The shower had no water in it after 5 seconds, and it didn't come back. For what I paid, this is incredibly bad.
Location wasn't bad,had to get taxi into town.
Was not happy when we received booking confirmation with every detail of bank card full 16 numbers, security code and ex date.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel is situated behind the 'Curry Mile'. This is fine if you like curry but otherwise it is difficult to find a decent restaurant for an evening meal.
Bathroom smelt of stagnant water. Room could do with redecorating Breakfast not that great
