The hotel is extremely dirty and noisy. The bed are just springs covered with sheets. Very bad experience.
bathrooms are filthy rooms have mold on the ceiling floors are sticky and dirty
- supportive staff - fully equipped kitchen - luggage storage is free of charge - the view from the kitchen on the top floor in the nighttime
- not all showers are functional - cold rooms
Price was good and you´ve got the overground close. If you wanna go to London Bridge is just one stop. Lovely staff and nice room mates. Not bad breakfast included.
Not very clean toilet but wasn´t bad at all.
Easy location to find, perfect location for the O2 arena
Some kitchen cooking tools and refregirator
We can use the kitchen. Microwave, fridge, and other utensils are available. The staffs are polite and helpful. Convenience to order taxi, it's just few blocks from hostel
Wifi only works in the common room.
Room shared with only one other person
Do not book this place if you are looking for quality sleep. The bar downstairs is so noisy until 2am each night. The toilet and bathrooms are dirty on level 1 and the kitchens are not often cleaned either. The fridges on levels 2 & 3 were disgusting as it had rotting food.

It was ok
Staff very helpful and friendly, all main areas clean and tidy, generally good.
People arriving late whilst iam trying to sleep for example 3am and a 4am arrival, breakfast room too small, not enough safe gadgets charging points, people from Hostel outside drinking making it look like a dose house.
the staff was great and helpfull also the neightbourhood is nice and quite
there is very loud bar near hostel with live music all week
Friendly staff, clean room
Bathrooms should be renovated.
the staff was really helpful
the showers could be cleaner
location value for the money
shared bathroom and toilet noisy street
Cheap, nice staff, good clientele, good neighbourhood. A decent stay.
24 hours traffic just out of the single glazed windows, terible.
-- It is not too costly -- Staff was friendly
-- Location isnt great...too far -- Facilities are not great...need more stuff
The staff were so friendly and made me feel welcome. The rooms were cleaned each day which I found very good.
The bathrooms could have been cleaned more as one time I tried to use the shower and the drain stunk. The common room was lovely but too small for everyone in the morning as a lot of people wanted breakfast early.
location atmosphere staff - helpful + friendly clean
very basic showers not the best
Close to Overground station. Nice building. Nice staff.
A bit smallish and corridor-like. Bathroom very wet all over... Pub under the hostel is quite noisy.
Fried food near the hostel is so cheap, only 2 pound for a set... Friendly worker and clean very carefully.
the staff was friendly and considerate free wifi, breakfast, towel bed is clean and room is not bad.
The shower doesnt work The breakfast was provided but shabby the most terrible is that understairs is a bar, rock and roll untill11 pm. if you want to rest early and stay quiet, i dont recommand this inn hotel.
The female hostess was lovely and very helpful. Even helped out with carrying some things along, kudos to her, she made the stay a little bearable. The common room was quite a good, relaxing place to sit.
Beforehand I requested a lower bunk bed due to my arthritis, instead they gave that to someone else in the room, the female receptionist tried to solve it, but as a colleague entered in my booking without the info of the lower bunk request there was unfortunately nothing to be done about that. Not the fault of the hostel, but the room was smelly from wet, stinky, sweaty clothes taking every tiny bit of space from one of the others in the room, treating the place like there's nobody else staying there. This is of course the chance you have of taking a hostel, but next to the special request being completely ignored, I was a little bit pissed of by that. In the evening my rheuma was indeed so bad that I was unable to climb up and was obliged to just sit in the common room and watch some telly. The next morning the "continental" breakfast was simple cornflakes. When checking out, the man behind the counter was extremely rude and didn't even give me the time to put my ID back in my wallet, even though there were still hours left in the check out time. The location was absolutely horrible, far away from the city center, felt unsafe and at night filled with loud chavs and police constantly picking up new people.
Breakfast was too late!
