Room was nice and clean
Building looks very old Small room
Everything service was Gud
very dirty, staff miserable, very run down
- location was fairly good, close to shopping centre, etc.. - very friendly staff
- the pillows and duvets were old and dirty, was scared to sleep there - we had a triple room which was very very small, there was no space at all. - the same in the toilet, it was almost impossible to squeeze in-between the sink and toilet, to do make up in front of the mirror, it was the only mirror in the room, however there was lots of mirrors in the hotel in the hallways. - the room smelled of damp
correctly in London
Pictures was clearly not a fair representation of the hotel ... not very clean very low standard
very good location
The pictures on website do not match reality. very noisy street at night bad internet connection
The receptionist is really cool. I loved him.
Old hotel with little old rooms. Room for me was <8m^2 and the shower+wc+sink is ~1m^2. It is really different from what's on the pics. Breakfast is only after 8am and very limited. Does not worth the price.
Two grumpy faces at reception. Shared toilet. Breakfast only from 8am.
This is not a good hotel. My room had scaffolding outside the open window on the 3rd floor.
It was extremely dangerous and I don't think that properties like this should be allowed on booking.com - Very very disappointing ......
Nothing a dump
The bed must of had 3 other people in it by the fluth and hairs in it the room was tiny and poor. We evern left with bed bug bits. I would not stop there again if it was the hotel left in London.
90 pounds is wayyyyy to expensive for this awful place! Couldn't sleep, awful breakfast, couldn't get wi fi, could barely get into shower, tiny towels, bed was gross
Close to tube, staff pleasant enough.
Just an awful, dated, badly decorated, grubby, tiny, depressing room with no toilet, in a tired, worn out hotel. Decent location but in need of major renovation. Think twice before staying here.
The bathroom door was a shower door. The Shower didn't work. The receptionist was eating a kebab whilst I was checking in. I was offered an alternative bathroom to shower in, but the room has used tissues and a used condom in it. Bathroom was very small and bedding was the lowest quality. Also Wifi at the property was broke
Excellent location in Bayswater/Queensway area - easy access to most of London. Convenient 24-hour front door service.
I can live with a small amenity-less room if price is right, but "en suite" was unusable - was literally a closet with toilet, sink and open shower on top of each other. Was impossible to actually stand inside it, and your knees will touch the door when sitting on toilet. Internet connectivity (in first floor rooms) very poor.
Reception guy wasn't polite. Room was smelly, dirty and very small. Windows were sealed, so no chance to open it to get fresh air. Internet was terrible even after complain. Next morning i was late 3 minutes to breakfast, i was told that i am too late and they didn't even offer me a glass of juice. This is not what you should call hotel!!
offer free wifi and heater anytime
not provide kettle, cup, tea and coffee in the rooms
The location is good and the staffs are nice.
There is no elevator. The rooms are not very clean. The bathroom is so so so so VERY tiny, not recommended for claustrophobics.
Good staff, hotel is situated just around the corner from Bayswater Underground station, excellent price.
The building could definitely use some reconstruction.
The only good thing was the location, but if your planing on having from 6 hours to 8 hours of good rest and a nice bath then this hotel is NOT for you.
Everything: The bedroom picture doesn't reflect the room its basically a fraud. Wall paper falling from the walls Stayed for 3 nights, never replaced the towel. Bathroom was horrendous, all plastic, seems like it was removed from a caravan/trailer. Shower had no separation from toilet, so as you where showering all the water was going everywhere toilet, sink and it would come back to your feet... health hazard. Clothes hanger where nails on a board above the bed. Smallest TV i ever saw, stuck to the wall in a way that you couldnt see from the bed and no remote. Continental breakfast was toast with butter or jelly, juice and cereal only! Internet basically didn't work
This place is horrible, I was staying in the ground floor and complained on the stench the moment when we entered the property. I was shocked with the response then my partner and I went to the closest store to get some anti-bacterial freshener. Being constrained with my travel budget, I booked this hotel as it was the cheapest and found the rating was 5.3 and thought it should be okay! But no, it was the worst hotel I had ever stayed, and those who thought staying in this hotel would save them money, please don't ever in a million years think so, you will regret the rest of your life. And fyi, I don't like to spend time writing review, but this hotel had just pushed me to do so.
Location and $
Small and no wifi. No comfortable
The location is near Hyde park
The rudest receptionist I have ever encountered! Extremely small rooms. Only two large towels, had to beg for an extra small one. No shampoo.I am really wondering how this hotel managed to pass booking sites standards. Really happy we only booked it for one day and had an opportunity to book somewhere else later.
Staff at breakfast
Dilapidation in decor.Tatty washroom facilities.Extension leads instead of proper wiring. Needs complete refurbishment
The tariff,location to subway,service
The dance clubs banging music till late at night
