Quick check in and out , helpful staff, good value
The people who work there. They were easy to talk to and helpful. Easy access to the beach and Main Street and they provided everything I needed.
There was midges in my room which has caused a bit of trouble
view from room beautiful
room was clean, breakfast was good, staff friendly.
A typical hotel catering mainly for coach tours. Good staff.
The hotel is handy for the town centre, shops and amenities. It is also ideally located for the prom and beach, plus the pier is only a short walk away. The hotel boasts a (fast) lift to al floors and my single room on the fourth floor was spacious and fairly comfortable. Breakfast food was good and the service was efficient with friendly and polite staff. The main reason for booking this hotel was price, it came in at £30 a night including breakfast via "Booking.com" at short notice. To be fair it was overall good value for the price, I usually pay a lot more than this per night and next time I will probably do so.
The hotel needs some work on the décor, which means it requires cash throwing at it big time, mainly the paintwork and some of the carpets. I also didn't like the fact that on booking in at the front desk the reception staff did not seem to know which room to put me in despite knowing that I had a booking in my name. They did have my booking on paper but they appeared to using the old paper way of booking via a board and marker. This seems to be a rather outdated method for a modern hotel with 70 plus rooms, it may be that the IT system was down, however I got the impression this was the norm. I found the hotel extremely noisy at night and the over enthusiastic door closers gave off noises like gunshots so anyone coming in late made noise via every door they used including the bedroom. I also found that on entering and leaving the hotel I had to run a gauntlet of smokers who seemed to constantly gather in large numbers at the front entrance to the hotel even though there was adequate seating and tables just a few yards away from the front door. This does not look good for any hotel but the front doors here are usually left open and the smoke enters into the hotel hence the immediate internal area smells of tobacco smoke and is quite off-putting. It certainly is enough to put many non smokers off and definitely needs looking at. After stating all this we must always bear in mind when giving negative comments that we usually get what we pay for and in this case this was more or less true. It is only fair to state that If we pay £30 a night for Bed and breakfast then in this particular case we get more than we paid for.
it was all ok hope to stay again next time i come to llandudno
didnt stay long enough to dislike anything
location good and really close to everthing
HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND COMPHY
THE BREAKFAST WAS POOR NO CHOICE OFFERED FOR TEA OR COFFEE THE STAFF WERE BRUSK
Great location, clean, friendly staff.
Not much choice of food, we ate out. As with most places in llandudno parking was a bit of an issue.
Breakfast excellent. Waiters staff all very helpfull Reception excellent polite helpfull
Room not cleaned to satisfaction Shower frame not cleaned. Telephone covered in dust. But otherwise very good
Clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom with bath and shower. Good breakfast. Staff cheerful and helpful. Central location.
Carpet in bedroom could have been cleaner.
The Staff were very welcoming at reception and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was very good and nicely presented.

breakfast was good, service at breakfast was good, entertainment was good,
needs modernising, decoraton was poor, especially the reception it looked old and dated, smelt old and damp,
The staff were exceptional facilities good and parking great.
So many wheelchairs and walkers! Peeling wallpaper in bathroom.
The breakfast was good
The reception area was very poor, nowhere to park when we arrived and the lady on reception not very helpful at all. The room on the fourth floor was not up to the standard advertised on the internet.
the hotel was located near to the town
There was no hot water for the entire stay, we had to boil the kettle to have a wash or have a cold shower (not even warm) The receptionist said it was "because the hotel was full - or it could be user error!!" I normally am able to turn a tap on. Breakfast was very small
The hotel had a very good location and good places to eat nearby. The bed was nice and comfortable.
The breakfast options were not that good and we were not told that you can order cooked option only once. There was live music played in the restaurant till midnight which we could hear in our room. The room carpets were not that clean.
Staff went out of there way to be very helpful breakfast really good comfy beds good entertainment made to feel very welcome I would definitely go back
Parking a night mare but hey that's with every hotel I Llandudno could do with a lick of paint to brighten the place up a bit
Staff helpful and obliging Managed to get one of the 6 car parking spaces Quiet room with plenty of space for baby.
Not enough car parking for all of the rooms. Breakfast could have been bigger.
Nice breakfast..Comfy clean room.
