Liked the whole package
The quality of room and "extras" was fabulous. Owners and staff very friendly.
Parking was difficult on a very busy weekend
This place was Amazing both me and my partner had been working late the night we arived and they couldnt do enough for us. The room was stunning and very cosy just what we needed for a relaxing break and to spend some quality time with each other. The breakfast was brilliant both myself and my partner said it was the best one we have had in a long time. They even made me my own smoothie which was gorgeous as i couldn't have the original ones that were available because of the banana in them so they made me my own smoothie to have with my breakfast.we will definitely b returning to this hotel in the very near future :) Well done to Lorna and Hubby as this hotel is a credit to them. cannot wait to visit again!!
nothing at all
What a great place to stay for adults, excellent service from the start of our stay to the finish, john & lorna made you feel so welcome upon arrival and throughout our stay couldn't do enough for us, if you had forgotten to pack anything no need to worry as they provided everything in the room, the breakfast was fantastic, wide range of options and nothing was too much trouble, best customer service and hospitallity we have ever received, thank you john & lorna
Nice clean rooms comfy beds , good breakfast
Lovely hotel, just off sea-front in great location between the piers. Room was cosy and clean. Wine and chocolates went down very well! Excellent cooked breakfast (and amazing homemade smoothies!). Owners made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again on next visit to Blackpool.
the food the hosts the comfy bed

Great location, great staff and amazing breakfast! Lorna (the owner) is so nice and very helpful. We will definitely be back!
Nothing. Genuinely nothing to dislike at all. 10/10.
Lovely friendly landlady , could not do enough for us , breakfast what can we say excellent every you asked for you got , very homely bit to many stairs so if your a bit Infirm would not recommend , spotless , bed was comfy , hotel positioned well quite of a night so good night sleep we loved it would go again .
Parking , not so good .
On our arrival, manager discovered we was a gay couple sharing a bed, got a look of disgust off him then he asked "you do know you've booked a double room?" Then he murmured at everything else.
very clean and comfortable, made to feel very welcome. hotel in good central position.we definately stay here again but would book earlierand get an upgraded room .
The wine and chocolates in the room. The closeness of tram stop
The seagulls; the length of time to get breakfast
Staff, decor, location and adult only
Small rooms and lack of drawer space
Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a night over the weekend and had a lovely stay. The most welcoming staff you could possibly hope for, really made us feel at home! The room was so superbly furnished and decorated that we instantly felt at ease. The care and attention that had gone into the room was clear to see. Every need was catered for. Really was like staying at home for the night! We had our own discreet corridoor and access was easy as we were supplied our own set of keys for the hotel to come and go as we pleased. Breakfast was delicious too and catered for a wide rand of tastes. Location was perfect, just off the front and close to everything and a conveniently placed fish and chip cafe across the road! Hope to stay again soon for longer
Room was nice and compact.. In a good area for where we wanted to be in Blackpool. Lorna tried her best to cater for your every need. Excellent breakfast, very good selection
The fact that booking.com and the hotel itself says parking available when their is none. Mabe you might get lucky with on street parking, otherwise an extra £4 per day
Very clean & comfortable room, staff were loverly & very warm & welcoming...
There was nothing We didn't like about our stay.
Staff really friendly, very nice room and food excellent and close to centre.
Always available and no task to small.. When it came to breakfast time... Absolutely loads to choose from... Never seen so many variations to choose for breakfast. The bar is probably one of the cheapest we have ever had. Bed was comfy, slept like a log so must have been. They even have a relationship with a local business to provide secure parking for £5 overnight... When I say secure.. It has a locked gate with about a 20 car parking option about 700 yards away.. which in my eyes it definitely ok for peace of mind when parking. The wide even commented, we don't need to stop at premier Inn anymore now we have found a hotel at the same price but with free breakfast and secure parking. Thanks to John & Lorna for your hospitality.

The ambiance; nostalgia, location, setting, central to what I wanted to do on a Bank Holiday weekend. Attentive, hospitable, hosts. Fish n' Chips "Obviously"
PARKING always a problem, especially in Blackpool. Possibly the weather!!
