very clean and comfortable, made to feel very welcome. hotel in good central position.we definately stay here again but would book earlierand get an upgraded room .
The wine and chocolates in the room. The closeness of tram stop
The seagulls; the length of time to get breakfast
Staff, decor, location and adult only
Small rooms and lack of drawer space
Room was nice and compact.. In a good area for where we wanted to be in Blackpool. Lorna tried her best to cater for your every need. Excellent breakfast, very good selection
The fact that booking.com and the hotel itself says parking available when their is none. Mabe you might get lucky with on street parking, otherwise an extra £4 per day
Very clean & comfortable room, staff were loverly & very warm & welcoming...
There was nothing We didn't like about our stay.
Staff really friendly, very nice room and food excellent and close to centre.
Always available and no task to small.. When it came to breakfast time... Absolutely loads to choose from... Never seen so many variations to choose for breakfast. The bar is probably one of the cheapest we have ever had. Bed was comfy, slept like a log so must have been. They even have a relationship with a local business to provide secure parking for £5 overnight... When I say secure.. It has a locked gate with about a 20 car parking option about 700 yards away.. which in my eyes it definitely ok for peace of mind when parking. The wide even commented, we don't need to stop at premier Inn anymore now we have found a hotel at the same price but with free breakfast and secure parking. Thanks to John & Lorna for your hospitality.
FRIENDLINESS ON OUR ARRIVAL HELP WITH LEAVING LUGGAGE ON OUR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAYS EXCELLENT BREAKFAST

Just about everything was good
Shower in en suit had no pressure & too small
The ambiance; nostalgia, location, setting, central to what I wanted to do on a Bank Holiday weekend. Attentive, hospitable, hosts. Fish n' Chips "Obviously"
PARKING always a problem, especially in Blackpool. Possibly the weather!!
This place was amazing lorna was great she couldnt do enough to help you this place really was home from home rooms were lovely and very comfortable and breakfast was to die for they catered for every1 even if there was nothing on the menu lorna would do you something elsr we will definitely b returning to this hotel very soon
No parking, even with it being advertised on the side of the hotel. Paid for a superior room when in fact we actually paid for the extras, we would rather have had a superior room and bathroom to match as the bathroom was very dated and small.
Comfy room, delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay again next time in Blackpool.
this is alovely hotel john & lorna & staff cant do enough to help you one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed in and i have stayed in many throught the world the breakfast is lovely with so much choice you dont know where to start we had just driven down from huntly in scotland 7.5 hrs and the first thing we got was you like a cup of tea the next time we go to blackpool it will defently be the same hotel
Our hosts were very informative about nearby transport and took a fair amount of time out to explain. Breakfast, well, I will honestly say, I've never experienced anything like it. Basically, you can eat as much as you want of a excellent selection. The en suite room had all the amenities that we needed; tea, coffee, soap, shower gels, shampoo, shaving kit, tooth brush, towels, tv, etc. Our room wasn't massive but it perfectly suited our needs and it was a comfy bed and pillows. The only negative could be car parking but this goes for all the b n b's. Luckily for us after cruising around getting to know the area, when we came back we found a space outside. All in all, if we came back to those area, we would def come back again.
Car parking could be a problem if you want it for free but you can pay a fiver a day if need be if you're stuck.
Staff were very friendly Breakfast was very nice Beds were comfortable Location was very good
A bit over priced Bar was not very entertaining & quiet
Car parking advertised on sign outside hotel , but disappointed when it took over an hour to find a space for the car
Service, cleanliness and breakfast
