Nothing. Dirty filthy rooms damp with mould growing Everything. For wet booking in as the reception had a hole in the ceiling, Romans were freezing damp and dirty. Thick plastic covered the mattresses of which the sheets didn't fit. Avoid at all costs Sleeping on the beach would be safer

Great location as you can walk everywhere from this hotel - staff were really friendly and when checking in they gave us a choice of two rooms as one had a slight draft but heating was on the whole time so we didn't feel cold!

Not a lot. Katherine on reception was very helpful. We was really disappointed with the hotel. There was a group of us and we found the hotel very dirty, tatty and in need of some serious updating. Our showers leaked into rooms below, sheets where dirty in some rooms, pillows had no coverings and cealing tiles where missing and rusty in other rooms.

Nothing - it was awful It is a health and safety nightmare. Nails sticking out I walls, water dropping in to 3 rooms from showers above, dirty, dirty filthy, some rooms had parts o ceiling missing, toilet seats missing, beds were hard and lumpy and covered in thick plastic. Bar sold beer from filthy pipes. Polish run and they explained that their standards of health and safety were not as strict as British??

Breakfast was good and the location is pretty good. This hotel is a total shambles, in the 1st room we had the window did not open but the draught coming in was unbelievable. My partner was 7 months pregnant and even with heating up full room was freezing. We changed room and they gave us 2 to choose from the 1st one looked ok but no lights worked and the 2nd looked fine apart from the wet patch on the floor outside the toilet. We decided to take 2nd room. This was fine until it rained then we has a waterfall in the room which was also coming in through the light in the toilet. All the roofs still have polystyrene roof tiles which I thought were banned years ago. Corridors are poorly lit and the carpets are hanging off and have not been changed since was built by the looks of it. I cannot believe this hotel is on this site. I would advise all to stay well away.

Hardly anything Parking was a problem. The room was very small still it was charged @ 75 quids per day, which was ridiculous, considering they had put up a board asking 15 pounds pppn. Staff was also non professional, he first said you don't have a booking. Later on checking his records, he realized we had a booking. He was heavily drunk as well

There was a lot of negative reviews left for the hotel, but I found all staff to be extremely helpful. The rooms were not the Hilton but that is why they are priced so reasonably, you pay for what you get. They were clean, spacious enough and somewhere to lay your head after a night out. I sampled the food and cannot fault it, yet again good value for money. One of my goals after reading the reviews was to meet the arogant wrinkly Scottish *****r, this I did and yet again I realised that the review that had been left was untrue, good guy that could not have been more helpful, also lets not forget the 24hr bar, first night yes we went over board next two nights used it for coffee,s to sobre up. All in all not perfect but you can see that they are trying to improve and at the price of a twin room for three nights, I really cannot complain. I enjoyed my stay.

It's location. The place is dirty and scruffy. We didn't feel safe there because we couldn't shut the window and the staff did nothing but tell us that they were insured if we got robbed. It was noisy and we didn't sleep. We couldn't check in because they were fitting a shower in our room, which we couldn't use anyway because it had been fitted wrongly. By the time we got to check in, the Pleasure Beach (the thing we were there for in the first place) was closing so we had wasted £40 on wristbands that we'd pre-booked. The car park is a mess, everyone is blocked in, we had to get the staff to wake up a guest to move their car so we could leave in the morning. An awful place.

I didnt like any of it. £65 for a room that the flor was on a slant. You actually felt dizzy. It was actually dangerous walking down the hotel stairs that were we're not level. It was a family room and they had an extension wire hanging down from the tv which was live, my son is 4yrs d with autism and I couldn't settle just incase he touched it. The bedding wasn't even made up and the quilts had blood on them. I paid an extra £5 for see view but was a waste of money as the windows were that dirty you couldn't see the illuminations. I know it's sounds harsh but seriously we called this hotel faulty towers.

We had a large clean spacious room on the second floor, bay window with views over the beach (Can't remember the room number though) our room was a family room with a very comfortable double bed and a bunk bed. The other family room was smaller and more dated. A Double bed in a seperate room and a bunk bed shoe horned into a small space next to the window in the other room. The shower was cold in the evening, also upstairs accomodation on top floor hoovering and banging very late at night. Limited parking. The hotel is currently having rooms being refurbished.

Location was good Nothing at all it was run down had to get staff to sort thing out like unblock the shower drain , blinds were broken couldn't close them tv wires were hanging down the side of the kids bunk beds, there was only on available plug socket in the other room so because the radiator wasn't working had to plug a space heater. In so couldn't use the tv, furniture was falling apart over all I'd give it a 3/10

Location fantastic, staff polite and helpful, food very good for price. The noise at night was horrific, music blaring until 4 or 5 am. People running up and down corridors all night and someone tried to come into our room very early in the morning.
