The Hotel was very convenient for the sea front, Tower, pubs and reataurants. Also for the money, it was good value. The room, especially the bathroom was very small and in general the whole place needs a makeover. |

The breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. The owners allowed us to leave our case before checking in and took it to our room before we got there. The headboard smelled of smoke and there was no lounge area to sit in. |

We were a bit concerned at first after reading the reviews on this website. We had a few problems due to an administration error but the hotel staff seemed more than happy to help. We stayed at the new world hotel for 3 nights and would recommend to family and friends. The hotel is in a good location to bars and the north pier. When staying in a B&B in Blackpool which I have a few times prior to this the standards are generally terrible. So in comparison this hotel is a god sent. The room was decorated to a good standard and it felt very homely. The breakfast was very decent. All in all od say what fantastic value for money. A few fixtures and fittings a bit run down. Check out time is quite early. Also no knowledge of bar opening times. Asked a member of staff but she was unsure. Nothing major though really. |

The staff were very friendly The room was quite small and the coffee/tea was not refreshed fully very day. The bed linen was not changed every day. In the morning the cooked breakfast was mainly cold when served. |

we enjoyed the breakfast it was all nice and hot The decorations in the rooms was nice we found crumbs in the bed so we knew that the bed had not been changed we never knew if the bar was open and the doors to the room was very heavey. The room we was in was more for 1 person than 2. and it was a 3 quarter bed not a double bed. heater in bath room didnt work. On arrivel we was not expected until the following day. There was hair in the drawers. and there was an awful smell of rotten eggs. in the room towls on the bed were dirty |

Looked a bit tatty from the outside, but once you are inside its beautiful, clean, cheerful and full of world souveniers. We were in room 10 a family room, it was very spacious and clean with an african theme, we loved it. The hotel is very central 5mins to centre 10mins to north station, perfect. The breakfast was very good the guy serving us was really nice, friendly and helpful. A great bargain have paid more for other hotels that were not as good. Would definately recommend The only downside was we had a bit of trouble getting in when we arrived could not get an answer from the front door but luckily some guests were returning to hotel so they let us in, apart from that everything was perfect. |

Breakfast was good value for money - and service was good as well. Rooms very small - Fittings in rooms very old fashion. Definately needs shower facilities in rooms. Check in was not very professional and hotel is over do with fixtures and fittings. |

I was impressed by the full english breakfast and also by the fact that when I complained about my room I was quickly moved to their luxury suite. On arriving at the hotel I was asked to pay the balance of my room and then was taken out the back door onto a side street and into a sister hotel. When I complained I was told that the seafront hotel was full although I wasn't made aware of this when I booked. |

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. The location of the hotel was excellent. The Hotel was very comfy and had everything you needed. We first entered the hotel from the rear entrance which looked a bit tatty and run down and could do with a lick of paint. The main entrance was right onto the sea front which looked much more appealing. If I was being critical our room could also have done with a bit of TLC, but the hotel was clean and comfy and for the price a great place to stay!! |

I am really deceived،, very poor service or absent. Not welcoming at all. I am not British and I didn't feel comfortable in that place where most of people are British. The cost are too high and The hotel don't deserve it. I liked only the seaside |
