breakfast was good and the staff very pleasant. the rooms were clean and tidy
the mattress wasnt perhaps the most luxurious. Accessing the hotel on foot was a bit tricky with all of the creepy overhead walkways
Staff very friendly and helpful
After a stressful drive to newcastle checked in to the premier inn left my hire car keys on desk and went to room tired the next morning couldnt find keys . Why couldnt the receptionist have told us the stress was unbelievable nearly missed the plane back to jersey wont be staying there again the bath was so dirty and shower curtain we couldnt use it please notify them of our review
Excellent staff, very helpful
Didn't find bed very comfortable. A little expensive for one night.
location staff breakfast quiet room
room a bit dull in need of a refurb, old fashioned compared to other premier inns we have stayed in tiny bath
Staff very helpful and friendly
Rooms small, noisy air on, windows sealed, desperately needs a refurb
good location for our requirements. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable
room was cramped- 2 bulbs were out in room
Parking next door to hotel
Lack of information that parking is accessed through hotel
Everything about our stay was excellent close to city centre bars and restaraunts staff very helpful and friendly
Central location just 15-20 minute walk from central train station.Great selection for breakfast buffet style with continental and cooked choice .Very nice restaurant with good menu for evening meal, comfortable bar area.Staff very friendly and helpful .
No complaints what so ever.
The rooms were clean
I spent £124 per room! And I had 6 rooms! I came in after my nightout looking to go to my room with a young lady and was stopped at the door! after spending that sort of money I should be allowed to take anyone I want back to my room! i was shocked when I was told to send her away! I won't be using your hotel ever again I travel through to Newcastle on a regular basis and this was my worst experience! I will be making sure everyone knows about how bad my experience was! also tea bags we only had 2 in the room
The excellent and friendly service from all staff. Kept promise of a good night's sleep or our money back and we were given a full refund for our disturbed night.
Our room location which overlooked a nightclub and burger van. Lots of noise all night.
Location for football, shopping and nightlife, bars and restaurants. the dinner in the hotel was also very good. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The bar and restaurant is on the 2nd floor. Not the ground - which only annoyed me because im a smoker.
the staff were very friendly the location
room was very small hotel needs a facelift went into bar at lunchtime before checkout and the previous evening rubbish and glasses were still there
Friendliness of staff Proximity to city centre and a nearby Metro
Bed was great and it was very clean. Although there was a queue to check in the lady did apologies and offer us a complimentary drink for our wait .
We asked to move rooms and although they moved us from 106 to 406 the noise from the nightclub right beside the hotel makes this a terrible location unless you get a room to the back which they didn't have. To add to that there an after party in the room above us until 5am by which time it was daylight :(
everyone was very friendly and welcoming
not well signed post when arriving by car
Bed was comfortable
No wake up call service
Clean, comfortable and quiet despite its location. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will come back here next time I'm in the city.
Close to shops and bars Staff very welcoming Car park right next to hotel
The location was very central
Actually finding the hotel by road .
Location Breakfast Quick check in Helpful staff
Worst nights sleep ever Boise Doors banging Small room No fridge
A quiet night's sleep, decent restaurant, comfortable room, lovely staff
Our only slight gripe was that the lighting in the room was not really bright enough to read much - a bright main light or better bedside light would have been welcome
Noisy inconsiderate guests who required the management to step in to allow neighbouring rooms any sleep . Location next door to a Night club should have rung alarm bells Public areas and entrance are tired decor a bit shabby
no free parking
