Had a beautiful meal on the sunday night in the hotel. Could not fault it at all. It was very reasonably priced and a great menu to choose from. Hotel was so close to Eldon Square for shopping and a very handy bus service to the Metro shopping center! (Not to be missed by all you shoppers out there) |

The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly a gentleman called Alan. Whilst it was handy to have a restaurant in the hotel, the food was poor. |

The hotel was ideally situated for the town centre. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to get up in the morning. I would definately recommend to family and friends. |

Comfortable enough for what you pay. Would stay again if i had to visit Newcastle for work again. You do get a faint sound of the club nextdoor in the evening but not so lous that you can't nod off to sleep after a while. |

Breakfast was good and the staff pleasant. Check-in staff tried hard to be helpful. Charge for internet excessive and instructions entirely unhelpful. |

Central location, very helpful staff very noisy and disrespectful guests on floor, fighting etc although security staff did sort out problems once notified. However nights sleep on both nights disturbed. |
