朝、郵送物が期待されている旨をフロントに伝えて出発した。夕方戻ったところ、ドアマンが私の姿を見ただけ- でオフィスに行って郵便物を取り、部屋番号確認後に渡してくれた。彼は、朝の会話を横で聴いていただけなの- に配慮が嬉しかった。

部屋には、米国のホテルと異なりティッシュペーパーの常備がない。宿泊者は持参の要あり。 　滞在中、火災警報が鳴った。ホテル前に宿泊客、従業員が避難したが、消防のチェックの結果誤報と分かった。- しかし、ホテルから明確に「部屋に戻ってよし」とのアナウンスはなかった。

Shopping area a short walk away. Attending an event in Grey St, location very convenient. Staff very efficient and helpful. Quiet outside hotel during the night so did get a good nights sleep, unlike some other areas in the city which can be rather noisy.

Having to pay at check in. Room too small for two adults.Not enough hangers.Ancient hair dryer with a short lead reaching nowhere. Group of females in PJs &Nighties at breakfast enough to put you off your food.

All the above mentioned in question two. The Premier Inn was the perfect hotel for a city break and concert. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Food, was excellent, breakfast set you up for the day! And you were minutes away from the city centre, so excellent location!

We would have liked to have a meal after we had been to the show at the metro arena as it was quite difficult finding somewhere to eat that suited us but your restaurant closed at 10pm. It had been opened early at 5pm but that was too early to eat

The staff were fantastic! Up for a laugh yet professional at the same time and extremely helpful.

The showers weren't hot enough. We paid extra for the breakfast and the food was warm at best.

Easy access to city

Steve on reception was extremely friendly and very helpful .for a Sunderland fan he was excellent . The twelve o'clock checkout , superb!

Room size & facilities. Reception staff refunded the cost of the room after my wife mentioned that a local disco had kept her awake until 2am - this was made as a comment, not a complaint, but the staff immediately offered the refund without being asked!

Rooms at rear of building can be disturbed by noise from local disco. IIRC, no tea/coffee in rooms. Room we had was on the cold side and temperature could not be raised

Everything, excellent value for money.

The adj. Carpark is £1.30/hr 8.00-17.00. it belongs to the council but would be nice to have a discount for hotel residents.

Proximity to city centre. The staff were excellent. The rooms were very comfortable.

Very little, excellent hotel, will go there again.

Did not have breakfast included in price (for what we paid it should have been) no iron in room.no conditioner or shower caps, toothpaste in room .(again a norm for hotels of this standard and price)

The room was reasonably clean and comfortable.

They charge 74 pounds for what is essentially a bed, with minimal mod coms. Internet access is NOT included in the price, which is surprising provided the high price tag of the room. Breakfast is not included either. My personal opinion is that a room of this sort in a city like Newcastle should not be charged at more than 50 pounds a night.

The staff were very efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was the smallest one I have ever seen in a hotel. It was very noisy in the hotel with people banging doors etc. Cleaners coming early in the morning and being very noisy. The noise from the night club below was excessive. We actually thought our window was open. Cars revving engines and crowds of people on the street ( and we were on the seventh floor). All in all a very noisy hotel with tiny rooms.

The friendly staff, the reception staff were particularly pleasant and helpful.

Tasty buffet breakfast, Costa Coffee Express in the lobby.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of breakfast - included. Large, comfortable room, clean bathroom.

Bit tricky to find but found it to be very central - went to a concert at City Hall and it was very near.

Ideally located, clean tidy and staff very friendly and helpful! Have stayed here several times also when known as another hotel chain!
