Hotel Clean and friendly. Resturant. Taybarn is not a good place to eat when you have had a hard days work as you cannot relax and the bar is always full of families waiting for a table. food wasnt that brilliand either. i stayed for 5 days and the selection was never varied. it was just cheap all round.

Convenient for our visit to short local area. I found the beds to be too hard and was uncomfortable all night.

Nice staff, good facilities, family room for 2 kids spacious enough. Wonder if the post code in the booking sheet - for me to use sat nav - was correct.

Exceptionally good service from point of check-in, to being greeted for breakfast, to check out. Room was as expected, and bathroom clean. Breakfast was superb! Couldn't really fault it overall but some electrical sockets next to bed to recharge phones would be handy.

The reception staff were very efficient and welcoming, as were the staff in the bar and restaurant The Taybarn restaurant food was dreadful - overcooked, dried up and cold, both in the evening and for breakfast I believe the restaurant is being 'refreshed' - I trust that includes the food offer and the cooks!

Staff were both friendly and attentive. Reasonably quiet compared with devizes premier inn which is very noisy because of traffic. Seeing as it is a newly built premier inn, it is misplaced or the building should have been better sound insulated and because of this my frequent visitors will not be staying with your company. The size of beds, too small for comfort. Otherwise you would of scored a lot higher and therefore I will not be recommending for couples wanting to stay over but no problems for single stay overs. Shame really as everything else okay.

The eating place next door!! We don't have one of those down south here, but boy if we did...!! Excellent food (eat as much as you like of all sorts of foods). The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff we met were very polite and cheerful. Although located close to the M6 it wasn't that easy to find as you have to go past, do a U-Turn at the roundabout to come back on yourself and the 'Premier Inn' sign is actually PAST the entrance to the hotel so you find yourself doing another two U-Turns to come back again.
