Had a minor problem with the bill but this was rectified without any issue The Taybarn next door was a welcome addition to the hotel. friendly and helpful staff there also to continue the whole feel of the place. All you can eat tea and breakfast was very welcome as we were travelling on and were not sure when we were going to eat next.
the shampoo and soap - take your own
Quit room, friendly staff, comfortable
No free wifi and NO hair drier!
Staff were very welcoming and informative.
Room was too cold on arrival and took a while to reach a comfortable temperature.
The room was more than adequate and the bed very comfortable. There was little internal or external noise. It offers excellent value. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Signage at the entrance makes it difficult to spot when driving on the northbound carriageway of the A34. The radio noise in the breakfast room is unnecessarily intrusive and the decor in the bar and cafeteria area is rather basic.
Hotel Very Good
Tayberns Restaurant Linked to Hotel is the worst restaurant I have aver been to, all you can eat for £6.99 says it all, This is a local family restaurant and should not be linked to a hotel
Receptionist and restaurant staff were very helpful and exceptionally friendly- went out of their way to help. Really good family room - good size, immaculately clean and well equipped. Good breakfast.
Room was clean, spacious. Basic. Just what you need for a short stay or if you aren't going to be spending much time in your room.
Slept well both nights - Clean - Free parking - High speed internet.
Location, room, bar and restaurant area. Team were friendly and rooms were clean.
Very helpful staff, comfy bed, plenty of parking
Needs an automatic door opener to reception area from outside to assist disabled access.
Hotel it's self was great the staff at check in were very helpfull
Not sure about the Taybarn next door I was sick not long after I ate there maybe a one off who knows
Beds are comfy, Kids love it
Paid WiFi, when now its pretty normal to give it away
Staff very helpful and friendly Good breakfast Late check out
Being given a disabled bathroom without being asked first. Shower gel had run out
Great Bed and Pillows, quiet despite near a busy road. it has a LIFT, good parking. The receptionist was cheerful and a tonic after a long day. It did what the ad says...a good nights sleep.
Not a criticism, but a comment: the pub/restaurant attached was very "commercial", but it had a huge evening buffet and an excellent breakfast.
excellent customer service
noisy guests in pub
Front Desk Staff very friendly Great location near Alton Towers Great Taybarns next door
Paying for wifi (nowhere charge you anymore, it's a thing of the past)
The staff are all very friendly & helpful - an asset to the hotel. Comfortable bed Excellent breakfast.
Bit out on a limb by an industrial estate
On site restaurant
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the buffet style restaurant was great value and very good quality food. The breakfast was a big hit, great fresh coffee and lovely full English.
The camp bed was not suitable was hard as rock should be addressed no replacement offered duvets to make more comfortable no different. It's a known fault but no one has sorted it v unhappy and tired
Friendly staff - clean room - good breakfast
The thermostat in the room makes up its own mind, heating comes on for 30 seconds then off for an hour.
Staff were welcoming and accommodative.
They should have 24 hrs room service.
Very comfortable bed with very comfy pillows. Clean and functional with all the required facilities like coffee/tea making facilities and a TV. Good supply of towels too.
Restaurant not to my liking but for one night it was adequate.
same as other premier inns , you no what you are getting , the all you can eat restaurant was a bonus but try and book a table cos its very popular ..
single bed in family room like concrete
