W.C. leaked and consquently the bathroom smelt. Bedspread was worn and stained. Stair carpet was held together with tape the full length! . Very small bedroom Poor value for money overall!!

I stayed in lots of countries, cities and hotels all over the world. I could not imagine that I can see a kind of a hotel, never ever. It was terrible! Poor staff! No free wifi! Rooms for nano people! Bad breakfast! When we checked in the hotel, we told them "We would like to check out at 11.59am" and they said ; "No, problem, of course you can check out that time" (On that time, they have not been charged to my credit card) Last day, check out day's morning, noisy knocks on our door and a poor man says ; "You have to check out immediately, I'll call the police!!!" And they did another thing, THEY TOUCHED OUR PRIVATE luggage or smth like that and put them out... Here is not a HOTEL, just like a PRISON. DO NOT STAY HERE, go and sleep @ Hyde Park, it's safier than this. Regards,

Location is victoria. Hotel is basic, good to sleep and have basic breakfast

Noisy as you can hear the street cars if room is facing the street.

The location and the price . Also the staff it was very kindly and helpfull

The breakfast I suggest to improve Room and bathroom are small.

After reading previous reviews on this hotel, it was exactly what I expected. Clean but small in terms of room size and in need of updating in terms of decoration. It was quiet and provided a good nights sleep. It was average in every aspect.

The extra £5 I had to pay when booking in as some kind of service charge or person charge-not sure which and it wasn't explained very well. The man behind the desk just pointed to a sentence at the bottom of the booking slip that said about an 'additional' charge. I felt the hotel was expense enough considering its state and was not happy about paying more money.

Great location. Very peaceful & quiet area. No noise at night. Hotel staff nice but didn't interact much with us, which suited us fine. Excellent value for money.

Bedspreads were a bit grotty looking even though the sheets & pillowcases were spotless. Bathroom very clean. Just the bedspreads let the cleanliness of the room down.

The corner rooms are great :)

Breakfast is between 8-9 am, would love it was a bit longer

No cleaning during my stay (3 days) !!! Breakfast you have to ask yourself for coffee and toast. Those weren´t offered to you.

La pulizia è nella media degli hotel inglesi (così dicono) ma migliorabile! La camera - per 4 persone - piuttosto piccola (sufficiente per due/tre giorni, non se si deve restare più a lungo). Bagno piccolo ma dignitoso.
